DANet-based drone patrol and inspection system for coastline floating garbage
A double attention network (DANet)-based drone patrol and inspection system for coastline floating garbage, including: an image acquisition module configured to shoot a video of a coastline in need of patrol and inspection by using a drone, and obtain an image from the video; a feature extraction module configured to extract shallow features and deep features, fuse the shallow features and the deep features to obtain a shared feature, and finally output a panoramic recognition result; a network training module configured to perform training on the labeled image so that the network can recognize the coastline and floating garbage; and a path correction module configured to adjust a flying direction of the drone.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DESIGNING AND CREATING A PRINTING PLATE
A method for designing a printing plate for mounting on a printing cylinder. An optimal lateral seam path is defined between opposite lateral edges of the plate by applying an energy minimization function. Top and bottom edges of the plate are defined based upon the optimal lateral seam path, preferably with a variable gap therebetween, and the bottom edge is unwrapped from the top edge to define a closed cutting path. The area inside the closed cutting path is wrapped with artwork or portions thereof, and an updated digital graphics file stored. The energy minimization function may include a penalty function, overall seam path length, and seam path amplitude, with weighting factors. For artwork including staggered lanes of step and repeat one-up images, the optimal lateral seam path may extend across each lane through one-up images, steps between adjacent one-up images, or a combination thereof.
COMPUTER-READABLE MEDIUM, INFORMATION PROCESSING DEVICE, AND METHOD FOR REARRANGING IMAGE DATA
A non-transitory computer-readable medium stores computer-readable instructions executable by a processor of an information processing device that includes a user interface and a display. The instructions are configured to, when executed by the processor, cause the information processing device to accept, via the user interface, an operation to specify a rearrangement condition for a plurality of pieces of image data to be obtained, obtain image data of a single sheet, determine an arrangement order for arranging first image data and second image data in accordance with the rearrangement condition specified by the accepted operation, the first image data being image data of one or more sheets obtained earlier than the second image data, the second image data being the image data of the single sheet, and display, on the display, images contained in the first image data and the second image data, to be arranged in the determined arrangement order.
Image reading apparatus including a first lamp and second lamp that alternately turn on, wherein the first lamp turns on during reading odd-numbered lines and the second lamp turns on during reading even-numbered lines and synthesizes the first image data read from turning on the first lamp and the second image data read from turning on the second lamp
A carriage of an image reading apparatus includes a first lamp and a second lamp. A moving mechanism moves the carriage in a sub-scanning direction from a first side to a second side. The first lamp and the second lamp are arranged in a row in the sub-scanning direction. A control unit turns on any one of the first lamp and the second lamp during reading of one line. The control unit recognizes the position of a first-side edge based on first image data obtained when the first lamp is turned on. The control unit recognizes the position of a second-side edge based on second image data obtained when the second lamp is turned on. The control unit synthesizes the first image data and the second image data to generate job read image data.
PRINTING APPARATUS AND PRINTING METHOD
A printing apparatus includes a pattern extracting unit for, based on a comparison between first image data representing a pattern and second image data generated by imaging a fabric transported, extracting a pattern region from the second image data, a printing image generation unit for arranging third image data representing an image to be printed overlaid on the pattern so that the third image data matches the pattern region to generate printing image data, and a printing control unit for causing a printing unit to print the printing image data on the fabric transported.
Information processing apparatus and computer program product for reducing an image area or enlarging a blank area of a manuscript so an additional image fits in the blank area
An information processing apparatus includes a processor configured to acquire a manuscript image and an additional image added to the manuscript image, and reduce an image area other than a blank area in the manuscript image so that the additional image fits in the blank area of the manuscript image.
DOCUMENT PROCESSING DEVICE, SYSTEM, DOCUMENT PROCESSING METHOD, AND COMPUTER PROGRAM
There is provided a document processing device for processing document data, and the document processing device includes a hardware processor that: acquires document data including a plurality of pieces of page data; specifies, from the document data, a common object existing at a corresponding position over a predetermined number of pieces or more of page data; and removes, when a common object is specified, the specified common object from each of the plurality of pieces of page data.
TUNING COLOR IMAGE FUSION TOWARDS ORIGINAL INPUT COLOR WITH ADJUSTABLE DETAILS
A computer system obtains a first image and a second image of a scene, and generates a fused image that combines the first and second images. The fused image is decomposed to a fusion base component and a fusion detail component. The first image is decomposed to a first base component and a first detail component. The computer system combines the first base component of the first image and the fusion detail component of the fused image to a final image.
METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR COLOR HARMONIZATION IN SURROUND VIEW SYSTEMS
Methods and systems are provided for generating a virtual view of a scene associated with a vehicle. In one embodiment, a method includes: obtaining image data including a plurality of images captured by a plurality of cameras of the vehicle; obtaining steering angle data captured by a sensor of the vehicle; detecting, by a processor, a shadow in at least one image of the plurality of images; determining, by the processor, auto-white balance data for each image of the plurality of images; selectively combining, by the processor, the auto-white balance data of the images based on the detected shadow, and the steering angle data; and generating, by the processor, output image data based on the combined auto-white balance data and the image data.
WORK AREA OVERLAY ON OPERATOR DISPLAY
A work machine can include an image capturing device configured to capture an image of at least a portion of an environment adjacent to the work machine. The work machine can also include processing circuitry to receive the image from the image capturing device, generate an overlay that depicts a work area for the work machine, superimpose the overlay over the image to generate an enhanced image of the work area, and provide the enhanced image to a display device.
