WEIGHT TRAINING CHAIN APPARATUS AND METHOD OF USE
A weight training apparatus having at least one main chain having a series of interconnected segments, at least one connection marker at specified segments on the at least one main chain, at least one tangent chain, at least one tangent chain connector to connect the at least one tangent chain to the at least one main chain, at least one data hub, at least one data processor, and at least one data communicator.
Resistance band exercise machine
A resistance band exercise machine for performing various exercises. An embodiment includes a housing for a cable-pulley variable resistance system. The cable-pulley variable resistance system is configured to receive one or more safety bars to set a starting position of an exercise. Some embodiments include a training partner assistantship feature for a training partner to assist the user by imparting a secondary force on the machine. The configuration of the cable-pulley variable resistance system may be in any manner based on the exercise. A user performs an exercise on the resistance band exercise machine to overcome a primary (resistance band) and secondary (springs) sources of variably increasing resistance from the cable-pulley variable resistance system.
WEIGHT LIFTING SUPPORT SHIRT
A weight lifting support shirt comprises a chest support portion (CSP), a first arm support portion (FASP), a second arm support portion (SASP), a neck relief portion (NRP), a torso support portion (TSP), a first lateral extension (FLE), and a second lateral extension (SLE). The CSP extends across a chest portion of lifter from a first end to a second end of CSP. The FASP extends from first end of CSP, and SASP extends from second end of CSP. The NRP is attached to an upper boundary of CSP. The NRP connects FASP to SASP. The TSP is in communication with and extends below CSP. FLE extends from FASP and a first lateral side of TSP. SLE extends from SASP and a second lateral side of TSP. The FLE wraps around a first shoulder and a back of lifter and SLE wraps around a second shoulder and back of lifter.
Sand pit training bag
A sand training bag for sand and/or mineral training in an open and closed configuration. The sand pit training bags includes a sand pit training bag configuration comprising at least one fastener and at least one overlaying fabric around the perimeter to open flat on a surface. The sand training bag includes attachable wall structure, wherein the surface attachable wall structure is configured with a sand pit training bag in an open configuration visible relative to a sand or mineral pit held by one or more fasteners. The sand training bag includes a single sand pit training bag, wherein the single sand pit training bag is convertible to a single sand pit with at least one attachable perimeter wall around the perimeter of the open sand or mineral receiving surface configuration, wherein a top cover is configured to be viewed as a sand or mineral pit closed configuration.
VDN abdominal bench (exercise apparatus)
An exercise apparatus for performing one or more exercises is described. The exercise includes at least one support structure, one or more elastic bands, and a back support member. The one or more elastic bands is coupled to the at least one support structure at one end of the one or more elastic bands. The back support member is arranged in an inclined position such that a first end of the back support member is detachably coupled to the at least one support structure and a second end of the back support member is supported at a surface positioned at a height lower than a height at which the first end is positioned. The one or more elastic bands are configured to assist a user during one or more exercises, where the back support member configured to support a body of the user.
Multipurpose Wearable Weight Device
A multipurpose wearable weight device that can be used as a single leg weight, double leg weight, a single sided vest, a double-sided vest, or as a free weight. The weight device can be used individually, with cable machines, with resistance bands, or in other similar ways. The weight device comprises a vest body with horizontal straps for securing the vest body and pockets for holding flexible weighted tubes. Further, a plurality of shoulder straps may be used to secure the weight device around the user. Additionally, a handle grip allows the user to lift the weight device of the present invention with their hand as a free weight. Further, the weight device may be rolled into a calf sleeve allowing the user to secure the weight device around their leg.
ELASTIC RESISTANCE SUPPORT
When a body in movement is weak and out of alignment it is prone to more injury, and such injury usually takes place in the overextension of muscles and joints, particularly manifesting in the spine during bending and lifting. This translates into a decrease that affects performance, efficiency, strength, stamina and endurance. The present invention provides a solution by encapsulating the body in an elastic resistance fully flexible support that provides structure to muscles and joints, reducing over extension and harnessing collective muscular cooperations to help all the muscles work together. The elastic resistance harness includes at least one thigh pad, an elastic tube to provide resistance, a series of buttons and locking mechanism through which the elastic tube can be threaded to connect the thigh pads, and in some embodiments, an upper body harness to apply resistance to the upper body, which can further be connected to the at least one thigh pad using the elastic tube.
Wearable posture monitoring device and method thereof
A wearable posture monitoring device is provided. The device includes a first posture sensor to measure a first bend parameter associated with shoulders of a user and a second posture sensor to measure a second bend parameter associated with vertebral column of the user. The device includes a control unit operatively coupled to the first posture sensor and the second posture sensor and is configured to compare the first bend parameter with a first predefined reference value and the second bend parameter with a second predefined reference value to detect an improper bend in one or more of the shoulders and vertebral column of the user. The control unit is further configured to display a visual indication, on a display interface associated with the posture monitoring device, to indicate the detected improper bend of one or more of the shoulders and vertebral column of the user.
Elastic Resistance Harness
An elastic resistance harness applies progressively stronger resistance bands onto the shoulders of a user to correct spinal alignment and improve posture. The elastic resistance harness includes an anchor plate, a support cushion, a left shoulder pad, a right shoulder pad, an elastic cord, and a plurality of eyelets. The elastic cord traverses through the anchor plate and braces the shoulders of the user. The elastic cord leverages the anchor plate to pull the users shoulders outward, thereby helping correct the user's posture. Accordingly, the anchor plate presses against the user's back. The support plate cushions the user's back against the anchor plate. Further, a left shoulder pad and a right shoulder pad cushions the shoulders against the elastic cord. The plurality of eyelets allows the elastic cord to weave through the anchor plate, thereby fastening the anchor plate to the elastic cord.
