Systems, methods, and computer-readable media for tagging, extracting, and consolidating information from electronically stored files are disclosed. The systems and methods may involve presenting to an entity viewing at least one source document a tag interface for enabling selection and tagging of document segments with at least one characteristic associated with each document segment; identifying tagged segments within the at least one source document; accessing a consolidation rule containing instructions for combining the tagged segments; implementing the consolidation rule to associate document segments sharing common tags; and outputting for display at least one tagged-based consolidation document grouping together commonly tagged document segments.

An information processing system includes one or more processors configured to: manage a target element and a concealment condition, the target element serving as a concealment target and being included in an input document element of an input document, the concealment condition including at least a condition regarding an output place for outputting an output document in which concealment of the target element is performed; and on a basis of the concealment condition, perform concealment control to perform the concealment of the target element and perform output control to output the output document.

An information processing apparatus includes circuitry. The circuitry transmits document data in response to a request signal transmitted from an information processing terminal and requesting output of the document data. Based on an information signal transmitted from the information processing terminal and indicating information that is not described in a document indicated by the document data, the circuitry generates latent-image data as a latent image including the information signal and the document data. The circuitry outputs the latent-image data and the document data.
Redacting confidential information in a document and reversal thereof
Systems and methods relate generally to associating confidential information with redactions are disclosed. In one such method, a login session is established with a programmed server. A document having the confidential information is uploaded to the programmed server. The confidential information in the document is detected by an artificial intelligence service. The confidential information is analyzed according to at least one rule by the artificial intelligence service. Suggestions for at least one redaction are generated by the artificial intelligence service. At least a portion of the confidential information is redacted responsive to the at least one redaction suggested by a redaction service. The document is stored in association with the at least one redaction though separate from the confidential information to provide at least one reversible redaction.
Digital processing systems and methods for embedded live application in-line in a word processing document in collaborative work systems
Systems, methods, and computer-readable media for causing dynamic activity in an electronic word processing document are disclosed. The systems and methods may involve accessing an electronic word processing document; presenting an interface enabling selection of a live application for embedding in the electronic word processing document; embedding, in-line with text of the electronic word processing document, a live active icon representative of the live application; presenting, in a first viewing mode, the live active icon; receiving a selection of the live active icon; in response to the selection, presenting in a second viewing mode, an expanded view of the live application; receiving a collapse instruction; and in response to the collapse instruction, reverting from the second viewing mode to the first viewing mode.

Visual privacy protection system
A visual privacy system unilaterally blocks rolling shutter cameras by providing a periodically interrupted ambient light source imposing bright and dark bands on the image yet at a frequency imperceptible to human observers in the environment. Communication of the modulation pattern to authorized cameras allows unaffected imaging in these regions by authorized individuals. The system also contemplates operation in a barcoding mode with a light modulation providing embedded barcodes that can be extracted from images taken in the region to indicate that the images were improperly acquired and to block the images in certain applications.
Aerial imaging privacy enhancement system
A camera-based security system protects an asset by detecting an aerial surveillor and consequently storing notifications into a video archive, alerting to an operator console, and actuating privation apparatus. One or more cameras provides video streams to a processor which derives object motion. Attributes of object motion trigger notification to record and alert on conditions associated with an aerial surveillor. An image formation system includes: an encoded image generation device including a first processor that generates print data from manuscript data, sets security information for controlling a print mode of the print data, and generates an encoded image from the print data and the security information; and an image formation device including a second processor that inputs the encoded image, decodes the print data and the security data from the input encoded image, determines whether an output of the decoded print data is available in accordance with the decoded security information, and outputs the decoded print data when it is determined that the output of the print data is available.
