The trim piece may be affixed to the panel proximate the first panel edge and may secure an end portion of at least one of the plurality of integrally-formed flaps between the trim piece and the outer surface of the panel. A plurality of panels may form, or be secured to, a garment in different orientations. Each of the plurality of panels may be separated by one or more trim pieces.
Quad exerciser
A wearable exercise apparatus to provide support for a limb-based workout is described. A middle section includes a first D-ring, a second D-ring, and a first fixation member configured to affix to a second fixation member on a portion of a front tapered end. A first rear tapered end is configured to wrap around a limb such that the first D-ring receives the first tapered end therethrough in a first direction. A second rear tapered end is configured to wrap around the limb such that the second D-ring receives the second tapered end therethrough in the first direction. The apparatus is tightened on the limb by: pulling the first and second rear tapered ends in a second direction opposite the first direction through the first and second D-ring, respectively. A weight holder coupled to the middle section is also included.
Exercise device
An exercise device includes a footwear part, a brace part and at least one resistance band. The footwear part has a foot receiving portion configured to receive a front portion of a user's foot. The brace part is configured to be releasably attached to a knee area of the user. The at least one resistance band is configured to be releasably secured at opposite ends thereof to the footwear part and brace part, respectively. The exercise device can be used, among other things, for conditioning and strengthening, for aerobic exercises, and to help individuals maintain proper foot placement throughout an entire exercise and improve their form by helping them stay on their forefoot when performing an exercise dealing with brisk walking or running.
WEARABLE EXERCISE APPARATUS
Apparatus is provided for use by people exercising or conducting physical training, including but not limited to physical therapy. The apparatus presented comprises a garment or harness with multiple attachment points, spring-force resistance components which may be adjustable and reversibly attached to the garment or harness, and handles that may be reversibly attached to one or more of the spring-force resistance components. A person may use the apparatus to exercise with full range of motion and with adjustable resistance while training in free motion or while stationary, from any position or location. The apparatus allows to exercise any of a range of muscle groups, with a full or recovering range of motion, while seated, lying down, standing, or running, in any location or setting, providing a better exercise experience than prior art training devices. The present invention solves problems with the currently available means and apparatuses of exercise.
WEARABLE TRAINING APPARATUS
The invention relates to a wearable training apparatus for training the leg and torso muscles of a person. According to the invention provision is made in that for placement on the back of the person a back support with two lateral sections is provided which extend into the region of the hip, in that two leg brackets are provided which are each designed for attachment to a thigh on one of the legs of the training person, and in that the leg brackets are each connected to one of the lateral sections of the back support via a spring joint means which is arranged in the region of the hip and designed to generate a spring force between torso and thighs, through which torso and thighs are pressed forwards relative to each other.
Rehabilitation system and method therefor
A knee rehabilitation system includes a plurality of compressible resistance members, a knee garment, and a resistance member receptacle. Each compressible resistance member in the plurality of compressible resistance members has (i) a same size and a shape as each other compressible resistance member in the plurality of compressible resistance members, and (ii) a compression resistance different from each other compressible resistance member in the plurality of compressible resistance members. The knee garment has a knee garment ventral portion and a knee garment dorsal portion. The resistance member receptacle is coupled to the knee garment dorsal portion, and the resistance member receptacle is sized to carry each compressible resistance member in the plurality of compressible resistance members, one at a time.
Weightlifting Machine
A weightlifting machine that includes a pulley system and a cable system that attaches to a weight rack frame to allow a user to perform a weightlifting exercise. The pulley system may include a first pulley and a second pulley where the cable system engages each pulley. The cable system may have a first end connected to a grip attachment and a second end attached to a resistance element. The resistance element may include a resistance band, a weight support that holds a weight plate, a set of weight plates, or other type of resistance element. The cable system may extend from the pulley through an opening located one of the frame members that form the frame. A seat attachment assembly may also be connected to the weightlifting machine, where the weightlifting machine may include a pulley rotatably connected to a seat base that supports a seat. In addition, a foot rest attachment assembly may be connected to the weightlifting machine, where the foot rest attachment assembly may include an adjustable foot rest.
WEIGHTED SHIN GUARD
A weighted shin guard is designed to be worn during exercise for building strength, endurance and speed. The weighted shin guard moves the weight from the ankle to the shin, where it is no longer putting a strain on the ankle joint and affecting joint movement. The weighted shin guard is similar in size and shape to traditional shin guards, and can be worn discreetly, unlike other conventional ankle or shin strapped weights. In addition, the weighted shin guard includes the built-in functionality of protecting the shin from impact, enabling the user to switch seamlessly between traditional shin guards and weighted shin guards.
Multifunctional Fitness Shoes That Can Be Worn on the Feet
