The pair of clothing bottoms with attachable weights includes a pair of clothing bottoms, at least one left weight assembly, and at least one right weight assembly. The pair of clothing bottoms may be any type of athletic garments such as, but not limited to, a pair of shorts, a pair of leggings, or a pair of sweatpants. The at least one left weight assembly allows weights to be selectively attached to the pair of clothing bottoms to increase the load to the left hip side of a user during a workout. Similarly, the at least one right weight assembly allows weights to be attached to the pair of clothing bottoms to increase the load to the right hip side of the user during a workout.

APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR MUSCLE, CENTRAL NERVOUS SYSTEM AND VISCERA STIMULATION FOR WHEELCHAIR BOUND PERSONS
20170246071 · 2017-08-31 · ·

A garment/device/support system, system and method for a wheelchair bound person includes one or two sleeves that are worn on the arms. The sleeves are connected by straps to a chassis or vest worn on the torso. The straps are affixed using Velcro or other fasteners that transfer motion of the wearer's arms to the chassis or vest. Motion, energy and stimulation are transferred to muscle groups, viscera, organs, and body parts in other parts of the body through the motion of the arms as the user moves about in the wheelchair. A cape may be affixed to the vest including shoulder straps connected to a center back portion and extending to a lower portion for positioning beneath and/or attaching to the user's hips or legs. A seat cushion and belt may be provided.

A treadmill ergometer for therapeutic applications and/or intense running training is connected to one or more force pull-out units. The force pull-out units can be connected at the free end area thereof to limbs and/or the body of a training person in such a way that a force is applied to the limb(s) or the body when the limb and/or the body moves.

Adjustable training apparatus

An adjustable training apparatus includes a harness that is worn over an upper torso of a person training, and two tensioning devices that are secured to the harness. Each tensioning device includes a cord that extends from the device, with an outer end of the cord being configured to be secured to a body part of the person training. A method of conducting anaerobic resistance training is further disclosed.

Walk training apparatus and walk training method thereof

A walk training apparatus includes a walking assist device, a first tensile portion, and a second tensile portion. The walking assist device is configured to be attached to a leg of a user so as to assist the user in walking. The first tensile portion pulls at least one of the walking assist device and the leg of the user toward a vertically upper side and toward a front side. The second tensile portion pulls at least one of the walking assist device and the leg of the user toward the vertically upper side and toward a rear side.

POSTURAL DYNAMICS EXERCISE SYSTEM

Exercise apparatuses that may be particularly useful or treating and strengthening connective tissue. For example, apparatuses that may have or be reconfigured to have multiple (e.g., three or more) configurations that are suspended from above by a ceiling or stand. The equipment facilitates the stabilization of the body according to the principle of tensegrity, so that the tension in all movements is omni-directionally coherent, thus creating omni-tensional integrity, which may be helpful in treatment and strengthening of muscular connective tissue (fasciae) in musculoskeletal dynamics, to restore, rebuild, strengthen and regain elasticity within the human fascial network. These apparatuses can support the user at an oblique body angle while the user performs various movements.

Free-motion dynamic resistance trainer for sports and rehabilitation movement training
09731162 · 2017-08-15 ·

A free-motion dynamic resistance trainer to be used to train the muscular coordination, dynamic stability and gait mechanics of athletes and physical therapy patients. Adjustable tension shock cords or bungee cords and resistance tubing are used in conjunction with a spinal support harness and jib in order to allow for the adjustment of progressive resistance and to create a heightened sense of proprioceptive awareness in those muscles and joints that are meant to be targeted depending upon the particular movement pattern being exercised. While providing resistance to improve strength and stamina, the shock cords or bungee cords and resistance tubing simultaneously guide and assist the trainee through certain aspects of each movement in order to train muscle memory of the proper kinetic sequence and body positioning. The apparatus, which is meant to be worn, can be used during sport specific movements other than running, in order to train and improve performance in myriad sports and activities.
