TIME CODE DISPLAY SYSTEM AND METHOD, DISPLAYING DEVICE, STORAGE MEDIUM AND ELECTRONIC APPARATUS
A time code display system comprising: a video receiver configured for receiving a plurality of non-homologous video signals; a time code parser connected with the video receiver and configured for extracting time code data of each video frame from each video signal; a write controller and a buffer, the write controller being connected with the video receiver and the time code parser; a synchronous clock component configured for generating a local clock signal according to a channel associated clock signal of any video signal; and a read controller and a display, the read controller being connected with the synchronous clock component and the buffer and configured for reading out the video frame of each video signal and the time code data corresponding to the video frame from the buffer at the same time, according to the local clock signal.
Light source control for displaying video
A method for controlling a light source of a display is provided. In the method, maximum frame rates are determined for different portions of video content to be displayed on the display. The light source of the display is controlled to blink according to a blinking frequency when a first portion of the video content having a first maximum frame rate is displayed. First metadata of high dynamic range is received. The light source of the display is controlled to not blink when a second portion of the video content having a second maximum frame rate is displayed. The video content is displayed at the maximum frame rates and in the high dynamic range.

High-quality, reduced data rate streaming video production and monitoring system
Video signals are received from multiple sources, including remote sources, and are collected at a central location for viewing and/or storage. The signals are transmitted to a central site as compressed, progressively-scanned streaming video signals, employing data rates in the range of 2-4 Mbps. 24 fps or less is used, and the frame rate may be variable or fixed. The source signal frame rate and image size may be different for each source signal, and the frame rate and image size of the source signal in the format stored may be different from the frame rate and image size in the format displayed. In formats utilizing less than 24 fps progressive scan multi-format, direct streaming is made possible from HDTV (16:9) data, enabling applications utilizing these higher levels of resolution. Application of these formats adjusts streams, enabling a video surveillance system to transmit streams to a remote viewing device.

VIDEO SIGNAL CONVERSION DEVICE
A video signal conversion device includes a frontend interface circuit, a FPGA video processor and a backend interface circuit. The frontend interface circuit receives a HDR video input signal from a video transmitting device. The FPGA video processor outputs a SDR first video output signal. A video receiving device receives the first video output signal and a HDR second video output signal from the FPGA video processor through the video bridge controller of the backend interface circuit by PCI-E.
Image processing device and image processing method
An image processing device and an image processing method are provided. The image processing device includes multiple image input units, an expansion module, a controller, and an image processing module. The multiple image input units are configured to receive multiple image signals and convert the multiple image signals into multiple converted image signals. The multiple converted image signals have a first image format. The expansion module is detachably coupled to the multiple image input units and is configured to output selected image signals according to a first selection signal. The controller is configured to provide the first selection signal. The image processing module is configured to receive the selected image signals to integrate into a picture in picture.
Selection of electronic content and services
A system and method to facilitating selecting or otherwise providing access to electronic content and services. Access to the content and services may be provided in such as a manner as to facilitate access to higher quality forms of the content. The higher quality forms of the content may be relate to any number of characteristics associated with displaying, transmitting, compressing, securing, and/or otherwise manipulating the content to more suitable forms relative to another form.
