WORKOUT MAT
Embodiments described herein relate to systems and methods for a connected workout mat to create sensory experiences. A connected mat has at least one input device to receive input data and at least one output device that synchronises with content through a digital content platform. A hardware processor generates digital output for the digital content platform or physical sensory output at the connected mat based on the input data from the connected mat and instructor input. Embodiments described herein relate to systems and methods for a workout mat with at least one heating region to create sensory experiences based on input data.
LOW FRICTION REHABILITATION BOARD WITH AN INTEGRAL BAND RETAINING FEATURE AND METHODS OF REHABILITATION
A low friction rehabilitation board having an integral band retaining feature is described. The rehabilitation board may have a coefficient of static friction of no more than about 0.5 and in some embodiments no more than about 0.06. The rehabilitation board has a plurality of band retaining feature configured along one or both ends and may be an integral band retaining features being formed in the board. Additionally, the rehabilitation may include one or more band retaining features on one or both sides of the board. The unique configuration of the band retaining features enables rehabilitation method heretofore not possible with a single board. Resistance bands may be retained in the band retaining features and coupled to a user's limb, such as a foot or ankle, to resist motion, such as sliding or extending the foot along the low friction surface of the rehabilitation board.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR COMPUTER VISION AND MACHINE-LEARNING BASED FORM FEEDBACK
A plurality of motion sensors capable of capturing IR video, depth video, and RGB images. Periodically emitting IR pulses. Capturing IR video, depth video, and RGB images of a user. Generating a point cloud of the user. Generating a 3D model of the user including the point cloud of the user. Inputting the IR video, depth video, and RGB images into a machine learning model. Estimating a set of joints of the user in the 3D model. Tracking, based on the estimated set of joints of the user in the 3D model, the user's motion over a period of time. Determining a number of repetitions of an exercise performed by the user. Determining a feedback value. Calculating, based on the number of repetitions and the feedback value, a user exercise score. Providing, via a graphical user interface, the user exercise score and the feedback value to the user.
Exercise device
An exercise device is provided with a first element disposed at a first side and a second element disposed at a second side. The first element includes gripping features to prevent skidding or sliding of exercise device when first element is abutting a surface. The second element includes sliding features to facilitate sliding of exercise device when second element is abutting the surface. Thus, when an exercise practitioner desires to use the exercise device to prevent movement of a particular body part against the surface, the practitioner places the first element against the surface. Conversely, when the exercise practitioner desires to use the exercise device to facilitate movement of a particular body part against the surface, the practitioner places the second element against the surface. The exercise device further includes an insert which may be removed and heated or cooled to provide heating or cooling pad/pack to a body part.
UNIVERSAL COVER FOR WATER MAT
A universal cover for a water mat is provided. The universal cover has a top cover portion and a bottom cover portion that can be secured together with zippers. The bottom cover portion has a plurality of parallel buoyant bars and the top cover portion has metal structures to securely hold magnetic accessories.
Yoga strap
An improved yoga strap comprising at least two adjustable and locking buckles, one buckle at end of the improved yoga strap to create a loop at each end of the yoga strap, giving the improved yoga strap more utilitarian applications than a standard yoga strap. A second embodiment of an improved yoga strap has a center loop. A third embodiment has an elastic resistance band and clips.
HYGIENIC CASE FOR PROTECTING A MAT FROM CONTAMINANTS AND METHOD OF USING SAME
A hygienic case for protecting a mat. The hygienic case includes a flat material and a cover. The flat material includes a liner portion and a cover portion. The liner portion has a hygienic surface and an outer surface. The hygienic surface is positionable against a user side of the mat and shaped to receive the user side of the mat thereon. The liner portion has flexibility to rollingly fold with the mat into a tubular roll. The cover portion is connected at an end of the liner portion and is shaped to protectively encircle the tubular roll. The cover fastener is positionable about the cover portion to closingly secure the cover portion about the tubular roll whereby the user side of the mat is isolated from contaminants.
SAFE SOCIAL DISTANCING REACTIVE PORTABLE MAT SYSTEM FOR INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP EXERCISE
This invention relates to a reactive exercise mat, and more particularly to a safe social distancing reactive portable mat system for individual and group exercise, that functions as a surface on which physical fitness activities are performed at all types of indoor and outdoor locations which are always exposed to the risk of contamination with the purpose of ensuring the safe keeping of social distancing norms and with the ability to trigger audible, sensory and visual alarms at the occurrence of any violation to social distancing requirement for users while performing and participating in individual and group functional fitness training.
Standing surface to encourage movement
A shaped standing mat or base providing a trampoline-like rebounding surface that is a highly responsive and dynamic support surface for a standing person where that person is able to maintain a proper stance relative to their foot angle, and to engage in mild exercise movement and foot rotation and stretching without undue interruption of mental concentration in a work or other environment.
BODY WELLNESS DEVICE AND METHOD OF USE
A body wellness device comprising a plurality of rigid panels; one or more hinges coupling the rigid panels together whereby the plurality of rigid panels are foldable in an accordion style fashion into at least a flat coplanar configuration, a chair configuration, and carry configuration.
