PROVIDING VIDEO EVIDENCE
An example operation may include one or more of querying, by a transport, a plurality of transports within a range of an accident location, receiving, by the transport, agreements to access profiles of the plurality of transports on a storage, and responsive to the profiles containing video data associated with the accident location, linking the video data to a profile of the transport.

Segment action detection
Aspects of the present disclosure involve a system comprising a storage medium storing a program and method for receiving a video comprising a plurality of video segments; selecting a target action sequence that includes a sequence of action phases; receiving features of each of the video segments; computing, based on the received features, for each of the plurality of video segments, a plurality of action phase confidence scores indicating a likelihood that a given video segment includes a given action phase of the sequence of action phases; identifying a set of consecutive video segments of the plurality of video segments that corresponds to the target action sequence, wherein video segments in the set of consecutive video segments are arranged according to the sequence of action phases; and generating a display of the video that includes the set of consecutive video segments and skips other video segments in the video.
Selective obfuscation of objects in media content
Described herein are techniques that may be used to provide for automatic obfuscation of one or more objects in a media data. Such techniques may comprise receiving, from a data source, a media data comprising a depiction of a number of objects, identifying, within the received media data, a set of objects associated with the media data, and storing an indication of one or more locations of the objects in the set of objects within the media data with respect to time. Upon receiving a request for the media data, such techniques may further comprise updating the media data by applying an obfuscation effect to the one or more locations with respect to time, and providing the updated media data in response to the request.

VIDEO RECORDING AND PLAYBACK SYSTEMS AND METHODS
A method of video recording comprises the steps of: rendering a field of view of a virtual environment for a first user of a head mounted display at a first resolution, rendering a view of the virtual environment outside the field of view of the first user at a second lower resolution than the first resolution, outputting the rendered field of view for display to the first user, and recording the combined render as a video for subsequent viewing by a second user; meanwhile a corresponding method of video playback comprises requesting to download or stream the video from a remote source, receiving the download or stream of the video from the remote source, and outputting at least part of the stream or video for display to a second user wearing a head mounted display, wherein the step of outputting the stream of video comprises detecting the field of view of the second user wearing the head mounted display, and providing the corresponding portion of the recorded stream or video for output to the head mounted display of the second user.

Recording system and recording method
A recording system includes a recording data acquisition unit, an analysis unit, a learning unit, and a determination unit. The recording data acquisition unit acquires recording data in which a surrounding situation of a vehicle is recorded. The analysis unit performs image analysis processing on video data included in the recording data to create information regarding a transition of a color component in the video data. The learning unit learns the transition of the color component using artificial intelligence to create a trained model used to determine an occurrence of an event. The determination unit determines whether an event occurs using the trained model on a basis of the recording data. When the determination unit determines the occurrence of the event, the event recording control unit causes a recording unit to record, as event recording data, the recording data including a time point upon the occurrence of the event.
