EXERCISE DEVICE
An exercise machine that includes a baseplate, pneumatic cylinder assemblies pivotally mounted on the right and left sides of the baseplate, and an exercise bar coupled to the pneumatic cylinder assemblies at each end. A bench assembly is positioned between the pneumatic cylinder assemblies. A support member is removably coupled to the baseplate and the bench assembly.
Exercise apparatus for performing a gluteal bridge movement
The present disclosure provides an exercise apparatus designed to allow a user to perform a gluteal bridge, typically with resistance, to improve the strength of the user's posterior hip and gluteal muscles. The exercise apparatus is configurable for use in different environments—in a gym, fitness center or training facility, a spa or studio, or a home gym. The exercise apparatus includes a frame assembly, a bench assembly, and a resistance assembly. The bench assembly is pivotally connected to the frame assembly to provide an elevated pivot point about which the bench assembly pivots when the user performs the gluteal bridge movement. The resistance assembly is operably connected to the bench assembly and provides a resistance force that the user overcomes in order to pivotally move the bench through the gluteal bridge movement. The resistance assembly can include a cable, pulley and weight stack, or an elastically deformable band.
Exercise apparatus
An improved exercise equipment including a stationary exercise apparatus, a lever arm pivotably biased about a pivot axis, and a support for supporting the lever arm above the stationary exercise apparatus. The pivot axis extends substantially in a vertical direction. The stationary exercise apparatus is of a type to cause the legs of a user to scissor as the user operates the stationary exercise apparatus. In an exemplary embodiment, the stationary exercise apparatus is a treadmill.
Bi-directional exercise machines
A bi-directional exercise machine has a work arm, first and second cams coupled to the work arm, a resistance mechanism, and a pulley assembly that couples the resistance mechanism to the work arm via the first and second cams so that movement of the work arm is resisted by the resistance mechanism according to first and second resistance profiles provided by the first and second cams, respectfully. A primary pulley cable has a first end coupled to the first cam and a second end coupled to the second cam. When the work arm is in a rest position, the ends of the primary pulley cable extend from cable tracks of the cams, respectively, at a tangent so that the resistance mechanism applies a resistance force on the work arm via the pulley assembly immediately upon movement of the work arm out of the rest position.
HINGED ARM MUSCLE EXERCISE DEVICE
In one example, a muscle exercise device includes a first arm and a second arm rotatably connected to the first arm, and the second arm and the first arm are configured to cooperatively define a recess having a shape that changes as one of the first arm and the second arm moves toward, or away from, the other of the first arm and the second arm. The muscle exercise device further includes a resistance element configured to reside in the recess and be compressed between the first arm and the second arm so as to assume a configuration similar to the shape of the recess. Finally, a wireless transmitter chip is disposed in either the first arm or the second arm, and the wireless transmitter chip is responsive to communications from an app residing on a user device.
Core Training Device and Method
The present invention provides an exercise device (100) for exercising core muscles of a user’s torso. The exercise device comprises a frame (110), configured to be supported by the user and a radially outwardly facing channel (130;
Exercise machine enhancements
An exercise machine is disclosed. The exercise machine comprises a tension generating device. The exercise machine comprises a translatable arm mount coupled to the tension generating device. The exercise machine comprises an arm coupled to the translatable arm mount. The exercise machine comprises a cable coupled to the tension generating device via the arm.
Exercising Assembly
An exercising assembly for fitness training and rehabilitation includes a first base, which is positionable on a substantially horizontal surface. An engagement module is selectively engageable to the first base so that the engagement module is positioned proximate to a first end of the first base. A plurality of attachment elements is engaged to the first base, the engagement module, and to a plurality of tensioners. The attachment elements are selectively mutually couplable. A plurality of first interface elements is selectively engageable to the engagement module. Respective attachment elements of the plurality of attachment elements are engaged to each of the first interface elements. Respective tensioners thus are extendable between a respective first interface element and one or more of the first base and the engagement module. The respective tensioners provide resistance to the user moving the first interface elements.
Ankle exerciser
An ankle exerciser for exercising a user's ankles and includes a base, two pedals and two rotary units. The pedals and the rotary units are installed to the base. The rotary units are located between the base and the pedals so as to allow the pedals to be pivoted in multiple directions so as to stretch the ankles, and to keep ankles healthy.
Upper leg and hip exercise method and device to preserve knee and ankle joint while exercising
The present invention includes an arm; a leg pad; a long rectangle shaped seat; a seat angle fixing unit on the seat, for adjusting the angle between the seat and the leg pad (when viewed from above) according to his/her purpose so that the seat can be adjusted to be perpendicular or parallel to the leg pad when viewed from above; and thus the to the user is allowed to move the exercising leg of the user to the back of the user or perform a motion for stretching his/her back straight from a starting pose at which the user lie down on his/her back placed on the seat, wherein the leg pad is placed above the user's pelvis.
