EXERCISE APPARATUS
Exemplary embodiments of a portable exercise apparatus are provided, the exercise apparatus including a base, a bottom plate secured to a top portion of the base, a bracket affixed to the bottom plate, a base plate secured to a top portion of the bottom plate, the base plate including a plurality of holes on a top surface of the base plate, a foot plate secured to a top portion of the base plate and configured to selectively engage with at least one of the plurality of holes on the top surface of the base plate, such that when the foot plate is rotated the base plate and bottom plate also rotate, a threaded hole on the base, and a first resistance element having a first end secured to the threaded hole on the base and a second end secured to the bottom plate.
WEIGHTLIFTING BARBELL ROLLER AND SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR USING THE SAME
Systems and methods for reducing injury sustained during weightlifting and for making deadlifting more comfortable by encouraging correct form with reduced risk of injury. Specifically, this disclosure relates to systems and methods for reducing injury during a deadlift by providing a cushioned, free-spinning roller protective device on an associated barbell which roller is configured to roll relative to the barbell so that contact between the roller and the users leg results in the barbell bar rolling along the leg.
Isokinetic rotational testing, evaluation and training system
An isokinetic rotational exercise device provides for training and collection of information of a knee joint as it rotates. The isokinetic rotational exercise device includes vertical supports attached to a base frame that provides for an inclusion of rotational foot plates. The rotational foot plates are connected to cables of a pulley system that allows for an ability to add resistance of free weights and resistance tubing. Bottoms of the rotational foot plates include sensors to measure rotational degree, and the corresponding information is sent to a processor for display on a monitor on the isokinetic rotational exercise device or to an external device. A degree of force used to turn the rotational foot plates when the resistance is added is data collectable through force sensors in the cables of the pulley system.
Exercise Handle
An exercise handle including a rotatable handle member pivotably connected between two side members by two handle member side pivots. A parallel bar member can be pivotably connected between the two side members spaced away and parallel to the handle member. The parallel bar member can be connected between the two side members by two bar member side pivots. A central support member can be pivotably connected to the parallel bar member by a central pivot, providing the handle member with side to side tilting relative to the central support member. A central joint can be connected to the central support member for connecting to an exercise device.
APPARATUS, SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR POWER MEASUREMENT
A power measurement device, which may be mounted to an inside area of a crank arm, includes processing circuitry within a housing. The processing circuitry is coupled with strain gauges mounted on the crank arm, and produces a power value that is wireless transmitted to a separate display that may receive and display power measurements. The housing may include a mounted portion and a cantilever portion where the mounted portion houses the processing circuitry and the cantilever portion houses batteries supply energy for the processing circuitry and other features.
Ergonomic Exercise Equipment Handle
The goal of this invention is to provide an ergonomic handle for cable-based exercise equipment which is comfortable in the user's hands and increases user strength and range of motion. This exercise handle allows wrist flexion and extension as well as forearm and hand pronation and supination. The handle is composed of a grip which is rotatably coupled to a bracket, which is in turn connected to a rotatable connection assembly which freely rotates along an axis parallel to the cable.
Exercise Bike
An exercise bike operable while remaining stationary on a support surface. The exercise bike includes a bicycle frame and a handlebar assembly. The handlebar assembly is coupled to the bicycle frame and includes a handlebar and a locking mechanism. The locking mechanism is moveable between an unlocked position in which the handlebar is allowed to rotate about an axis, and a locked position in which the handlebar is restricted from rotating about the axis.
EXERCISE EQUIPMENT FOR BACK
A back exercise equipment includes a support frame seated on the bottom surface, a body frame connected to the support frame to form a support structure, a rotating part rotatably mounted to the body frame, a grip part connected to one end of the rotating part and providing a space for the user to grip, a lifting part that is connected to the other end of the rotating part, moves up and down being interlocked with the rotation of the rotating unit and provides a space in which a plate is mounted, and a seating part connected to the support frame and disposed in front of the body frame to provide a space in which the user can sit.
EXERCISE APPARATUS FOR EXERCISING THE NECK MUSCLES
An exercise apparatus for exercising the neck muscles with a frame and an exercise mechanism which is mounted on the frame, which can be coupled to a coupling member that can be worn on or around the head of a person who is exercising, wherein the exercise mechanism comprises a cross slide which makes available two translation axes on which a rail is mounted so as to be adjustable in height and rotatable, in such a way that, by means of the exercise mechanism, the coupling member is rotatable about three rotation axes and is movable in translation along three translation axes.
Sacroiliac joint exercise assistance device in lateral decubitus position
An exercise assist device transitively moves a sacroiliac joint in a lateral decubitus position. The following description is provided in the context of a left lateral decubitus position. The upper right leg is placed on a stand in the lateral decubitus position, and the upper right leg is then extended transitively backward with a sacral area supported by a sacrum support pad. Since a posterior side of a lower left sacroiliac joint is slightly opened, a sacrum slides backward via a right hip joint. This improves mobility of the lower left sacroiliac joint.
