Control display method and electronic device
This application provides a control display method and an electronic device. The method includes: determining a display position of a control on a background picture; and then determining a display scene of the background picture at the display position of the control, where the display scene of the background picture at the display position of the control is determined based on display parameters of the background picture at the display position of the control; determining display parameters of the control based on the display scene of the background picture at the display position of the control, so that a contrast between the background picture displayed at the display position of the control and the control displayed based on the display parameters meets a first preset condition; and displaying the control based on the determined display parameters of the control. This application is applicable to control display of the electronic device.
PROVIDING VIDEO APPEARANCE ADJUSTMENTS WITHIN A VIDEO COMMUNICATION SYSTEM
Methods and systems provide for video appearance adjustments within a video communication session. First, the system receives video content. The system then receives an appearance adjustment request comprising an adjustment depth, and detects imagery of a user within the video content. The system then detects a face region within the video content. The system segments the face region into a number of skin areas. For each of the plurality of skin areas, the system classifies the skin area as a smooth texture region or rough texture region. If the skin area is classified as a smooth texture region, the system modifies the imagery of the user in real time or substantially real time by applying a smoothing process to the skin area, where the amount of smoothing applied corresponds to the adjustment depth.
SIGNAL RESHAPING FOR HIGH DYNAMIC RANGE SIGNALS
In a method to improve backwards compatibility when decoding high-dynamic range images coded in a wide color gamut (WCG) space which may not be compatible with legacy color spaces, hue and/or saturation values of images in an image database are computed for both a legacy color space (say, YCbCr-gamma) and a preferred WCG color space (say, IPT-PQ). Based on a cost function, a reshaped color space is computed so that the distance between the hue values in the legacy color space and rotated hue values in the preferred color space is minimized HDR images are coded in the reshaped color space. Legacy devices can still decode standard dynamic range images assuming they are coded in the legacy color space, while updated devices can use color reshaping information to decode HDR images in the preferred color space at full dynamic range.
LIGHTING PARAMETER MATCHING WEBCAM VIDEOS TO ENHANCE VIRTUAL BACKGROUNDS IN VIDEO CONFERENCING AND GAME STREAMING
Methods, systems and apparatuses may provide for technology that detects virtual background content and real-time foreground content associated with a video session, wherein the real-time foreground content depicts a plurality of participants from different physical environments. The technology may also apply a visual correction to one or more of the real-time foreground content or the virtual background content, wherein the visual correction reduces a difference between the real-time foreground content and the virtual background content with respect to one or more lighting parameters and two or more of the plurality of participants. Additionally, the technology may generate a composite result based on the real-time foreground content, the virtual background content, and the visual correction.
Image processing apparatus
The present disclosure relates to an image processing apparatus. The image processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a display having a plurality of pixels, and a controller, wherein the controller: calculates an average luminance value of a first frame of an image based on RGB data corresponding to the image; sets a criterion for determining an output level of the plurality of pixels according to the average luminance value of the first frame; controls the display to output a first frame group, including the first frame, according to the set criterion; calculates an average luminance value of a second frame of the image according to a predetermined cycle; resets a criterion for determining the output level of the plurality of pixels according to the average luminance value of the second frame; and controls the display to output a second frame group, including the second frame, according to the reset criterion. Accordingly, by dynamically changing the criteria for determining the output level of the plurality of pixels included in the display based on the luminance value of each frame of the image, the image may be displayed more clearly. Various other embodiments are possible.
Hue preservation post processing with early exit for highlight recovery
Embodiments relate to hue preservation post processing for highlight recovery of an input image. Intensity values for multiple color channels of a plurality of color channels of a pixel of the input image is determined using corresponding ratios of target hues for the plurality of color channels of the pixel, wherein the pixel has at least one color channel with an intensity above a predetermined threshold. A hue preserved value for a color channel of the plurality of color channels of the pixel is determined using intensity values determined for the plurality of color channels of the pixel and the target hues. A recovered version of the input image is generated by adjusting hue information of the pixel, using the hue preserved value for the channel of the plurality of color channels of the pixel.
IMAGE ACQUISITION APPARATUS
An image acquisition apparatus including: a stage on which a specimen is mounted; an objective lens that collects light from the specimen; a stage driving part that drives the stage; an image capturing unit that acquires an image by photographing the light collected by the objective lens; an image-generating unit that generates a pasted image by pasting the captured image acquired by the image capturing unit; a storage unit that stores the pasted image; a color-difference calculating unit that calculates a degree of dissimilarity between a color of the pasted image and a color of the captured image prior to pasting; and a color-difference correcting unit that corrects the color of the captured image so as to match the color of the pasted image, on the basis of the calculated degree of dissimilarity.
Method and device for color gamut mapping
The present principles relate to a method and device for gamut mapping from a first color gamut towards a second color gamut. The method comprises, in a plane of constant hue, obtaining a target lightness for a color on the boundary of first gamut with maximum chroma, called first cusp color; and lightness mapping of the color from the first color gamut towards the second color gamut wherein the lightness mapped color is calculated from a parabolic function applied to the color, the parabolic function mapping the first cusp color to a color having the target lightness. According to a particular characteristic, a preserved chroma is also obtained; and in case the chroma of the color is lower than or equal to the preserved chroma, the lightness mapped color is the color, and in case the chroma of the color is higher than the preserved chroma, the lightness mapped color is calculated from the parabolic function applied to the color.
