The imaging sensor array may be controlled via the flexible electrical connection. Image data captured by the imaging sensor array is carried via the flexible electrical connection. With the camera module mounted at the in-cabin portion of the windshield, the circuit board is tilted at an acute angle relative to the longitudinal axis of a lens barrel of the camera.

The image processor processes the image data received at the circuitry of the circuit board for the plurality of driving assist systems of the vehicle.
