A system for dynamic image compression in autonomous vehicles with multiple cameras. The cameras of a vehicle may be prioritized based on various features, and different image compression techniques may be assigned to different cameras in the vehicle, based on the priorities of the cameras, to reduce overall processing load of the vehicle.
CAMERA DEVICE AND IMAGE GENERATION METHOD OF CAMERA DEVICE
A camera device according to an embodiment may include: an image sensor which generates first Bayer data having a first resolution; and a processor which performs deep learning on the basis of the first Bayer data to output second Bayer data having a second resolution higher than the first resolution.
THERMAL IMAGE PROCESSING DEVICE, THERMAL IMAGE PROCESSING MODULE, THERMAL IMAGE PROCESSING METHOD, AND RECORDING MEDIUM
A thermal image processing device includes: an acquirer that acquires a thermal image from a thermal image sensor; a first processor that performs, on a high temperature pixel indicating a temperature higher than a first temperature among a plurality of pixels included in the thermal image acquired, image processing for decreasing the temperature indicated by the high temperature pixel; and a second processor that performs high frequency enhancement processing for enhancing a high frequency component included in a converted image serving as the thermal image on which the image processing has been performed.
CAMERA PRIVACY SWITCH AND FILTER TO INHIBIT BIOMETRIC DATA COLLECTION
Apparatuses, methods, systems, and program products are disclosed for capturing an image and determining whether a switch is in a filtering position or a non-filtering position. When the switch is in the filtering position, the camera apparatus detects a switch position and determines whether the switch is in the filtering position or the non-filtering position. The camera captures the image, including audio/visual signals, while the switch is detected to be in the filtering position and modifies the image to inhibit biometric data collection from the image in response to the switch being in the filtering position when the image is captured.
METHOD OF PROVIDING AN ASSEMBLED IMAGE USING A DIGITAL MICROSCOPE, DIGITAL MICROSCOPE SYSTEM, AND PROGRAM FOR PROVIDING AN ASSEMBLED IMAGE USING A DIGITAL MICROSCOPE
A method of providing an assembled image using a digital microscope, the digital microscope having an optical system, an image sensor having a predefined number of image pixels, and a stage, the stage being movable in relation to the optical system and the image sensor, includes receiving a user selection regarding an area of interest of the sample, the user selection indicating the position and extension of the area of interest, selecting one of a full resolution mode or and a reduced resolution mode, wherein individual images with a reduced number of image pixels are generated, moving the stage with respect to the optical system and the image sensor, and generating individual images of the area of interest in accordance with the selected one of the full resolution mode or the reduced resolution mode, and combining the individual images into the assembled image, representing the area of interest.
MONITORING APPARATUS, SUBSTRATE PROCESSING APPARATUS, MONITORING METHOD, AND STORAGE MEDIUM
A monitoring apparatus for a substrate processing apparatus includes: an imaging unit that captures an image of a nozzle of the substrate processing apparatus and a surface of a substrate held by a substrate holder of the substrate processing apparatus; a monitoring data generation unit that generates monitoring video data based on imaging video data captured by the imaging unit during an execution of a substrate process performed by the substrate processing apparatus including a first process and a second process; and a monitoring condition changing unit that changes a generation condition of the monitoring video data during the execution of the substrate process so that at least a resolution or a number of frames of the monitoring video data during an execution of the second process is different from the monitoring video data during an execution of the first process.
IMAGE CAPTURING APPARATUS AND CONTROL METHOD FOR IMAGE CAPTURING APPARATUS
An image capturing apparatus is provided and includes a driving unit configured to drive the image capturing apparatus and change an imaging region by an image capturing unit; a tracking unit configured to track a subject included in the imaging region in a captured video obtained by the image capturing unit; a communication unit configured to receive a control command from an external apparatus; and a control unit configured to control at least one of the driving unit and the tracking unit based on a control command received by the communication unit. When a control command includes a change request to change an imaging region and a tracking request to track a subject and there is an inconsistency in a setting value group of the change request, the control unit does not use at least one setting value included in the setting value group.
IMAGE CAPTURING DEVICE, AND IMAGE PROCESSING METHOD
An image capturing device in the present embodiment has a configuration that is provided with an image splitting unit 21 and an edge extracting unit 22 that acquire the edge component for each block image that has been divided from an image captured by an image sensor 10, a resolution controlling unit 23 that writes each block image into a frame memory 30 with a resolution in accordance with the amount of its edge component, an image enlarging unit 24 that reads out at least one block image that corresponds to a selected region from the frame memory 30 and enlarges the block image with a magnification in accordance with the size of the selected region, and an enlarged output unit 45 that outputs the enlarged block image that corresponds to the selected region that is supplied from the image enlarging unit 24.
IMAGE PROCESSING APPARATUS OF REDUCING WHOLE OPERATION TIME OF ARRIVAL INSPECTION, IMAGE PROCESSING METHOD, AND STORAGE MEDIUM
An image processing apparatus communicates an image capture device having panning, tilting, and zooming function. A code area is detected by performing a matching process on a whole object image area acquired by photographing an area including a whole predetermined object on which codes are attached, by an image capture device. Grouped areas are generated by grouping detected code areas, based on an angle of view to be set when performing photographing with zooming. The image capture device performs panning, tilting, and zooming operations, such that the generated grouped areas are sequentially photographed at a zoom magnification setting value. An image processing area set with respect to a group image obtained by performing the panning, tilting, and zooming operations and photographing each of the generated grouped area. Information on each code area included in the set image processing area is read.
Image sensor
An imaging device may code light, passing through an imaging optical lens arranged in a multi-lens array (MLA), and may transmit the light to a sensing element, and the sensing element may restore an image based on sensed information.
