Exercise rocker
An exercise device focusing on core strengthening and development of abdominal and gluteal muscle groups provides a curved inner track which provides a rolling seat and a flat outer track providing a rolling leg support over which the legs of a user engage, positioning the body in a recumbent position, with contraction and extension of the abdomen of the user compelling the rolling seat and rolling leg support using a pelvic thrusting motion to strengthen and exercise lower back, abdominal, gluteal, quadriceps and hamstring muscles and to improve and refine a shape and condition of the muscle groups.
STATIONARY EXERCISE APPARATUS
A stationary exercise apparatus includes two connecting members each having an upper end guided to move along a circular path and a lower end coupled to a swing member, so that when the upper end moves along the circular path, the lower end moves along an arc-shaped path. Two supporting members are configured to support a user's feet, which are coupled between the upper end and the lower end of the respective connecting members and movable along a closed path. Two control members each is arranged between the corresponding supporting member and the corresponding swing member for guiding the second portion of the corresponding supporting member along a predetermined path, so that an angle formed between each supporting member and its corresponding connecting member varies as the corresponding swing member moves along the are-shaped path between a first endpoint and a second endpoint.
Drive mechanism with foot platform angle adjustment mechanism for elliptically-driven device
A drive mechanism for an elliptically-driven device includes a drive arm with a foot platform pivot assembly; a crank arm; a foot platform assembly pivotally coupled to the drive arm via the foot platform pivot assembly; a foot platform angle adjustment mechanism operably coupling the foot platform assembly to the crank arm so as to impart a foot platform angle of the foot platform assembly relative to the drive arm that varies during a stroke of the foot platform assembly.
Cross-country Skiing Machine
The present invention relates to a device for physical exercise comprising a pair of skis (2) having a top side and a bottom side, a frame (5), two pendulate arms (19), each of the pendulate arms has an upper end rotatably connected to the frame about a rotational axis, and a lower end pivotably connected to one of the skis, and at least one resistance unit (13, 15) connected to the pendulate arms. The device comprises at least one support parts (1;29;30) located below the skis respectively, and two movable elements (20;26;28) connected to the bottom sides of the skis respectively, and each of the movable elements are arranged linearly movable along one of the support parts.
Upper and lower body push and pull exercise machine with a one directional resistance mechanism and adjustable angle
A machine for concurrently performing opposing pushing and pulling motions with the legs and arms at various angles to simulate multiple exercises including climbing, running and crawling motions, wherein the machine is adjustable in angle. The individual lower body user supports move in a back and forth pattern on rails and include foot platforms and shin support pads for support a user's lower body and pivoting upper body user support hand grips wherein the left upper body user support and left lower body user support move in opposite directions and the right upper body user support and right lower body user support move in opposite directions and all four user supports move in unison.
Exercise device providing user defined pedal movements
An exercise device for performing a variety of movement patterns. The exercise device has a pair of linkages, each including an upper link pivotally mounted to a frame and a lower link pivotally coupled to an upper link. A foot support is provided on a distal end of each lower link. A compression link interconnects the lower link to the frame. The compression link includes a shaft coupled to the lower link, a sleeve coupled to the frame and a spring captured between the shaft and the sleeve, whereby the spring provides a resistance to movement of the lower link relative to the frame.
Adjustable Exercise Machine
An adjustable exercise machine for performing resistance exercises comprises a base and an upper frame including front and back end stationary exercise platforms, and a movable exercise platform that reciprocates between the stationary platforms. A plurality of biasing members is selectable by an exerciser via selector knobs to generate a bias force against the movable platform. A plurality of pivotable lift supports are connected between the base and the upper frame. Front and back actuators are connected between the base and the lift supports by lifting yokes to selectively raise and lower the front and back ends of the machine. The movable platform may be connected to move along the exercise machine by trolley wheel assemblies. A plurality of travel limit decelerators mounted on the rails engage and rapidly decelerates the movable platform as it reaches its limits of travel on the rails.

EXERCISE DEVICES
An exercise device includes an elongate guide having a longitudinal dimension between spaced apart ends. A pair of foot supports are slidably mounted on, and relative to the elongate guide. A body engaging member is adjacent a side edge of the elongate guide and is engageable by an individual using the device. A linkage system is connected to the pair of foot supports and to the body engaging member through rotatable connections, with the rotatable connections permitting interconnected movement of the body engaging member and foot supports in the same longitudinal direction along the longitudinal dimension of the elongate guide. Preferably, an adjustable rail also is provided by a pair of rotatably mounted arms.
Fitness apparatus
The present application relates to a fitness apparatus having a housing on which are arranged a first supporting element and also a second supporting element. The first and the second supporting elements can be moved linearly in each case in two spatial dimensions located at right angles to one another. The housing has at least one active element, by means of which a movement of the first supporting element or of the second supporting element out of a respective starting position is counteracted by a force. The housing also has at least one coupling element, which couples the linear movement of the first supporting element in a first direction of a first of the two spatial dimensions to a linear movement of the second supporting element in the second direction, which opposes the first direction in this first of the two spatial dimensions.
