Longitudinal attachments selectively and respectively attach the first and third movable platforms together on the first track and the second and fourth movable platforms together on the second track. A tilting adjustment selectively provides for inclined or flat movement of the first, second, third, and fourth movable platforms.

The holding portion can be received between the inner thighs of a user to add resistance when performing various exercises, such as leg lifts, planks, pull-ups, dips, and the like. In some embodiments, the body includes a weight receiving channel extending therethrough, wherein an elongated weight is positioned within the weight receiving channel.

A force exerted by a subject on the loading interface at the position in the one or more intermediate positions is received. A measurement of the force exerted by the subject on the loading interface at the position in the one or more intermediate positions from the sensor is obtained. A corresponding osteogenic loading for the force exerted by the subject is determined.
