AUTOMATED SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ELECTRONIC HEALTH RECORD INDEXING
A system includes one or more processors to receive a representation of a document from a client computing device, the document comprising one of a scanned document, a faxed document, and an electronic document, determine a document type of the document based at least on the representation of the document, index the document using a classification and index processing engine based on the document type, the document type comprising at least one of a plurality of document types used by an electronic health record (EHR) system, extract index data from the document based on the document type using the classification and index processing engine, and match the document with a patient from a database of the EHR system using the index data when the classification and index processing engine successfully indexes the document and extracts index data from the document.
ENDOSCOPIC CAMERA SYSTEM AND IMAGE SIGNAL TRANSMISSION METHOD THEREOF
An endoscope camera system and an image signal transmission method thereof are aimed at resolving a problem that an existing endoscope camera system cannot ensure a normal image output. The system may include a camera module, an image processing module, a front panel function switching module, a front panel control module, and a plurality of signal forwarding modules; when image signal transmission between an external monitor and the image processing module is abnormal, a signal forwarding module m is configured as a signal forwarding station that is used for bridging the image signal transmission between the image processing module and the external monitor. After receiving an image signal, the signal forwarding module m reprocesses the image signal and continues to send the image signal to the external monitor, thereby effectively avoiding signal attenuation and signal interference during the image signal transmission, and achieving an effect of ensuring a normal image output.
Methods and apparatus to generate an optimized workscope
Methods, apparatus, systems and articles of manufacture are disclosed to generate a workscope. An example apparatus includes a workscope mapper, workscope strategy analyzer, and workscope selector. The workscope strategy analyzer is to evaluate each of the plurality of workscopes using dynamic optimization to determine a maintenance value and benefit to an asset associated with each workscope based on a stage in a remaining life of a constraint at which the evaluation is executed and a state of the asset. The dynamic optimization is to determine a prediction of the maintenance value based on a probability of a future change in state and associated workscope value until the end of life of the constraint. The maintenance value, used to select a workscope from the plurality of workscopes, is to be determined by the dynamic optimization as a sum of the associated workscope values until the end of life of the constraint.
Remote data viewer
An image and data application service provider system provides a way of remotely viewing and manipulating images and data for diagnostic and visualization purposes by users unconstrained by geography. Images and data are stored on one or more servers running application service provider software along with meta-data such as access control information, origin of information and references to related data. A set of data with related information is sent as an encrypted stream to a viewing station running client software in a secure execution environment that is logically independent of the viewing station's operating system.
Monitoring assistance system, control method thereof, and program
A watching assistance system that assists watching over a subject on a bed includes an image acquisition unit configured to acquire an image captured by an imaging device, a criterion storage in which a criterion for determining a dangerous state are previously set for each of a plurality of determination regions set based on a region of the bed in the image, a detector configured to detect the subject from the image acquired by the image acquisition unit, a state recognition unit configured to recognize a state of the subject detected by the detector, a determination unit configured to determine a danger degree of the state of the subject recognized by the state recognition unit using the criterion for the determination region corresponding to a position at which the subject is detected by the detector, and an output unit configured to provide notification according to the danger degree determined by the determination unit.
Electronic endoscope and endoscope system that sets a gain parameter according to a gamma characteristic of a connected processor
An electronic endoscope removably connected to a video processor in which a predetermined gamma characteristic is set includes: an image pickup device provided at a distal end of an insertion portion configured to be inserted into a subject, the image pickup device being configured to pick up an optical image of the subject to generate an image pickup signal; a gain circuit configured to amplify the image pickup signal using a predetermined gain parameter; a gamma characteristic recognition circuit configured to recognize the gamma characteristic of the video processor; and a gain adjustment circuit configured to set the gain parameter according to the gamma characteristic.
Image forming apparatus capable of communicating with a modality
An image forming apparatus includes: a memory that stores a setting for a first process in association with an identifier; a receiver that receives the identifier, image data, and a request for a second process from a host apparatus capable of requesting the second process but incapable of requesting the first process; and a processor that performs the first process on a basis of the image data according to the setting stored in association with the identifier.
CONTROL DEVICE AND OBSERVATION SYSTEM
A control device includes a processor configured to: perform movie display control of causing a display to sequentially display images acquired in time series, and still image display control of causing the display to display any of the images as a still image; detect a first operation on a switch; determine whether a predetermined operation condition for the switch is satisfied, after the first operation has been detected; switch, when the first operation is detected while the movie display control is being executed, from the movie display control to the still image display control and causing the display to display, as a still image, an image displayed at a timing at which the first operation is detected; and cause, when the processor determines that the predetermined operation condition is satisfied, a memory to store the image displayed as a still image under the still image display control.
