An information processing apparatus includes an acquisition unit that acquires information regarding image quality of an image, an arrangement unit that arranges the image on one or a plurality of pages, a comparison unit that compares the information regarding image quality of a plurality of the images arranged on the pages, for each page, and a notification unit that performs notification, if there is a difference in the image quality of the plurality of the images arranged on the pages as a result of the comparison.

An image processing method includes: (a) displaying a plurality of candidate image processes to be performed on image data, the plurality of candidate image processes including a color modification process; (b) receiving an instruction indicating the color modification process selected from among the plurality of candidate image processes; (c) displaying a display image corresponding to the image data on the display; (d) designating a display image; and (e) displaying a processed display image that represents a result of the selected color modification process performed on the image data corresponding to the designated display image before the selected color modification process on the image data corresponding to the designated display image is performed.

An image forming apparatus includes: an operation display device that includes an operation display device body, a front light emission portion and a rear light emission portion, the operation display device body including an operation display provided in one face of the operation display device body, the front light emission portion being provided on an upper side of the face of the operation display device body where the operation display is provided, the front light emission portion emitting light in accordance with a processing status, the rear light emission portion being provided on an upper side of an opposite face of the operation display device body to the operation display, the rear light emission portion emitting light in synchronization with the front light emission portion, wherein the operation display device is attached to an upper portion of a body of the image forming apparatus.

A display apparatus transmits a picture acquisition request for getting picture information to an external image apparatus connected through a predetermined interface to the display apparatus from the external image apparatus at predetermined intervals and gets a plurality of pieces of picture information from the external image apparatus to be displayed. An information processing apparatus may include circuitry configured to: receive a first image (201), a second image (202) and first color space information (BT.2020) indicating a first color space of the first image; convert a second color space (BT.709) of the second image to a converted color space (BT.2020) same as the first color space, when the second color space is different from the first color space; and generate a display image (209) including the first image and the second image having the converted color space.

There is provided an image management system having an image output device communicable with a management apparatus and a display device, wherein the management apparatus includes: a generation unit that generates an identifier of the image output device in response to a request from a communication terminal; a first transmission unit that transmits the identifier to the communication terminal; an authentication unit that authenticates the communication terminal using the identifier transmitted from the communication terminal; a first reception unit that receives image data from the authenticated communication terminal; and a second transmission unit that transmits the received image data to the image output device, and the image output device includes: a second reception unit that receives the transmitted image data; and an output unit that outputs, to the display device, the image data received by the second reception unit.

An image forming apparatus includes a display, a human detection sensor, and a CPU. If the CPU determines that there is a person in a certain area with the display in an off state, the display enters a first on state in accordance with an instruction from the CPU. If the CPU determines that the image forming apparatus has been operated, the display enters a second on state.

A retrieval information generation device includes a determination unit that determines retrieval document information for retrieving a phrase in an original document from an original document file which is created by reading the original document by an image reading device and is identified on the basis of identification information, an extraction unit that extracts retrieval image information for visually specifying the original document from the original document file, and a generation unit that associates the retrieval document information and the retrieval image information with the identification information of the original document file to generate a retrieval file.

Disclosed is a mobile terminal, by which an image can be easily attached. In particular, the present invention includes a 1.sup.st camera, a touchscreen, and a controller controlling the touchscreen to output a running screen of a prescribed application and a preview screen of the 1.sup.st camera to a 1.sup.st region and a 2.sup.nd region on the touchscreen, respectively, the controller, if a photograph command is received, attaching an image data photographed through the 1.sup.st camera to the prescribed application, wherein a data size of the attached image data is based on a size of the 2.sup.nd region.
