Exercise machine rail system
An exercise machine rail system for improved exerciser mounting and dismounting, improved functional ergonomics, and reduced risk of exerciser injury when using an exercise machine. The exercise machine rail system generally includes either two rails in close relationship which are linked together via connectors or a singular rail. Bias members are disclosed as either extending along either outer side of the rails, internally to the rail, or underneath the rail. Due to the narrow nature of the rails used by the present invention, an exerciser is able to mount and dismount the exercise machine easily and efficiently.

Machine for assisted physical activity exercise
Described is a machine for assisted physical activity exercise, comprising a base (4) and supporting means (2, 3) for a user, comprising a seat (3) and/or a backrest (2). The assisted physical activity exercise machine (1) comprises a training tool (6) mounted on the base (4). The training tool comprises an engagement portion (7), configured for being actuated by a user, and guiding means (8) associated with the engagement portion (7) for guiding it at least according to a lifting movement. The supporting means (2, 3) are mounted on the base (4) and comprise a slide (100) slidably mounted on the base (4) according to an adjustment movement. The slide (100) supports the seat (3) and/or the backrest (2).
GLUTE PRESS EXERCISE MACHINE
A glute press exercise machine including: a four-bar linkage connected to a stationary frame; a rotatable back support connected to the four-bar linkage; a seat connected to the four-bar linkage; and a foot support connected to the stationary frame. A lower portion of the back support extends below the user's hips to support the users hips during a glute press exercise. This lower portion supports at least 10% of the user's weight. In operation, the seat rotates downwardly away from the user's hips during a glute press exercise and then rotates upwardly again to contact the user's bottom between every repetition of the glute press exercise. The four-bar linkage is pivotally connected to the stationary frame at a location near ground level. The foot support is positioned below 25 cm from the ground and extends forwardly beyond the front of the stationary frame.
Variable arching support for torso flexibility
A stretching and exercising device is beneficial for torso flexibility, having a configurable structure in which the curvature of the platform is adjustable. The platform can be varied in curvature from a substantially flat configuration to a generally semi-circular configuration. The platform is supported by a gear train connected to the platform, wherein the platform has a plurality of discrete parts. An adjustment member having a manually adjustable variable length connects opposite ends of the gear train, so that the curvature of the platform is determined by the adjusted length of the adjustment member.
Pivoting Board Exercise Device
A pivot board exercise device has a top circular part may rotate in relation to a bottom circular part, and a unique unibody or complex multi-arm resistance mechanism is secured at its center to a rotational center platform of the top circular part, and is secured at the end of each arm to posts projecting from the bottom circular part. The unibody multi-arm resistance mechanism is a single piece of resilient/flexible material, the complex multi-arm resistance mechanism has multiple arms attached at the ends to the bottom part, so when the top of the invention is rotated relative to the bottom, resistance is offered, the resistance increasing with rotation and occurring regardless of the direction of rotation.
Collapsible hip thrust exercise apparatus
Embodiments of a collapsible, user-friendly weighted hip thrust exercise apparatus are provided. The apparatus may include a base frame enclosing an exercise space, with an upper body support attached to one end of the frame. The frame may be adjustable in length and/or width in order to accommodate different users. The upper body support provides an elevated back rest for the user, and may be adjustable in height. A user may sit down in the exercise space enclosed by the frame with the user's upper-back and arms resting on top of the upper body support, placing his or her feet on top of the frame on the other width side. The apparatus may further feature a central resistance band positioned at the user's hip line, coupled to side handles or multiple attachment points, and detent pins to removably lock the apparatus in place for use.
EXERCISE APPARATUS FOR PERFORMING A GLUTEAL BRIDGE MOVEMENT
The present disclosure provides an exercise apparatus designed to allow a user to perform a gluteal bridge, typically with resistance, to improve the strength of the user's posterior hip and gluteal muscles. The exercise apparatus is configurable for use in different environments—in a gym, fitness center or training facility, a spa or studio, or a home gym. The exercise apparatus includes a frame assembly, a bench assembly, and a resistance assembly. The bench assembly is pivotally connected to the frame assembly to provide an elevated pivot point about which the bench assembly pivots when the user performs the gluteal bridge movement. The resistance assembly is operably connected to the bench assembly and provides a resistance force that the user overcomes in order to pivotally move the bench through the gluteal bridge movement. The resistance assembly can include a cable, pulley and weight stack, or an elastically deformable band.
ABDOMINAL CRUNCH EXERCISE MACHINE
An exercise machine, components of an exercise machine, and methods related to using an exercise machine that allow for the performance of an abdominal exercise which provides for a more natural rolling motion for the back while providing variable resistance. Specifically, at least one of the seat or backrest, and preferably both, is not rotationally attached directly to the frame of the machine, but is instead rotationally attached to a secondary arm which is then rotationally attached to the frame.
