Exercise Apparatus and System for Stationary Users
Exercise equipment, particularly a linear movable structure and associated selectable elastic resistance bands with or without guide track members are designed to allow low-impact exercises for one or two persons at the same time while permitting either or both participants to remain stationary when utilizing the equipment.
Hydro eliminator full body exercise swim machine
Disclosed is a swim trainer using a laterally displaceable torso support pad and two cables interconnecting the swimmer's opposite hands and feet: right hand with left foot, left hand with right foot. It incorporates tension physics with applied tension force displacement wherein the torso is supported with two degrees of motion, i.e., hinged front-to-back tilt and left-to-right displacement of the torso. The user's opposite hands and feet are interconnected by cables passing through pulleys located below the torso. As the user performs a simulated swim stroke, force is asserted on the cable ends, moving the entire body to the right or left along a defined lateral displacement path. The user controls the swimming stroke speed, therefore controlling the amount of resistance applied between hands and feet based on the lateral motion torso speed against torso weight pressing down on the central support.
Exercise system
The function of this invention is to provide exercisers with a safe and easy way to convert a legs-only exercising device, such as a stationary trainer or bicycle, with the capacity to exercise their upper and lower body muscle groups simultaneously or separately. This invention is portable and can be moved easily from one legs-only exercising device to another. Once they are mounted onto the handlebar or attachment bar of the legs-only device, it is now a full-body trainer. Exercisers mount the trainer, place their feet on the cycling pedals, place their elbows onto the elbow holders, grasp the hand grips, and now start their full body exercising activity. The degree of difficulty of their exercise trek is easily accommodated by allowing the rider to adjust the resistance for moving the forearm bars up and down for an upright bike, or back and forth for a recumbent trainer.

Transmission structure for changing sliding direction of a climber apparatus
The present invention relates to a transmission structure for changing sliding direction of a climber apparatus, which enables an operator to operate the apparatus in an upright position. The transmission structure includes: a base, a support, a first slide rail, a second slide rail, a first transmission unit, a second transmission unit, a first handle slider, a first footplate slider, a second handle slider, and a second footplate slider. During manufacture and assembly, the first handle slider, the first footplate slider, the second handle slider, and the second footplate slider are able to be respectively connected to a first drive member or a second drive member at different selected positions. Under the prerequisite that the left foot and right foot of the operator carry out alternate reverse treading throughout the exercise routine, different training modes can be selected.
Portable rehabilitation device and methods of use
The present invention is drawn to a novel multi-segment spine structure comprising a pair of resistance elements connected to the spine at one distal end and a second pair of resistance elements connected to the opposite distal end of the spine. At each distal end, each resistance element is mounted on a lateral support projecting orthogonally from the axis of the spine. As a result, this system anatomically resembles four extremities branching out at each corner of a human torso. Climbing-type exercises while in a supine position can be performed for conditioning a wide variety of major muscle groups. The system further comprises a single strap with two endpoints, where each endpoint is connectable to different portions of the spine assembly. The strap comprises a plurality of hand loops that the user can use, while the user's legs are pushing against the pedals and/or footwear to independently perform abdominal crunches.
