Collapsible Cycling Exerciser
20180117394 · 2018-05-03 ·

A collapsible cycling exerciser is an apparatus that effectively exercises a user through full ranges of motion and varied resistance. The apparatus includes a first support post, a second support post, a left handlebar, a right handlebar, a left pedaling mechanism, a right pedaling mechanism, and a torsional resistance mechanism. The first support post and the second support post, together, upholds and positions the user. The left handlebar and the right handlebar guide the linear movement of the arms. The left pedaling mechanism and the right pedaling mechanism guide the rotary movement of the legs. The torsional resistance mechanism applies resistance to the left handlebar, the right handlebar, the left pedaling mechanism, and the right pedaling mechanism. In the preferred embodiment of the apparatus, a hinged connection secures the first support post and the second support post to each other so that the apparatus is collapsible.

Exercise apparatus

The improved stationary bicycle is a self powered exercise bicycle that may, in addition to building strength with the type of resistance exercise that is typically done with standard exercise bicycles, may be used to move the muscles of an individual that is too feeble to rotate the pedals on their own through a full range of motion using the self powered function. A brake lever on one of the handles of the handle bars may be used to stop the pedals from rotating. A programming function allows the user to select various user preferred speeds.

An air-cleaning fitness device has a main frame, a housing, a driving assembly, a fan device and at least one filter. The housing, the driving assembly and the fan device are mounted on the main frame. The housing has a confined space and an airflow passage. The driving assembly and the fan device are located inside the housing and connect to each other. The fan device has a second inlet and a second outlet. The second inlet and the second outlet are respectively aligned with two ends of the airflow passage. The at least one filter is mounted on the housing and is capable of covering either end of the airflow passage. The driving assembly has at least one driving member which extends out of the housing and drives the fan device. When the user operates the air-cleaning fitness device, the air-cleaning fitness device purifies the air at the same time.

CONTROL DEVICE FOR ELECTRICAL STIMULATION APPARATUS, ELECTRICAL STIMULATION APPARATUS, AND PEDALING EXERCISE SYSTEM
20180056061 · 2018-03-01 ·

A control device for an electrical stimulation apparatus according to the present disclosure includes a control section that adjusts an output of an electrode and communicates with an angular velocity detector, the electrode giving electrical stimulation to a predetermined part of a body doing a pedaling exercise by rotating a crank, the predetermined part being at least one of a leg and an arm, the angular velocity detector detecting an angular velocity of the predetermined part, the angular velocity being accompanied by an operation of the predetermined part during the pedaling exercise. The control section adjusts, according to a result of the detection in the angular velocity detector, an output timing of the electrical stimulation of the electrode such that the electrode gives electrical stimulation to the predetermined part when a state of the operation of the predetermined part during the pedaling exercise is a predetermined operation state.

A control device for an electrical stimulation apparatus in the present disclosure includes a control section that adjusts an output of an electrode. The electrode gives electrical stimulation to a predetermined part of a body doing a pedaling exercise. The predetermined part is at least one of a leg and an arm. The control section adjusts the output of the electrode in such a way that the electrical stimulation is given to the predetermined part in relation to an exercise unit of the pedaling exercise. Furthermore, the control section adjusts strength of the electrical stimulation related to the exercise unit, in accordance with an amount of a physical activity of the body during the pedaling exercise. In this way, electrical stimulation can be given to a predetermined part in a variable manner during the pedaling exercise.
