MOUNTING KIT AND METHOD FOR INSTALLING A SOUNDBAR IN A VEHICLE
A mounting kit for installing a soundbar in a vehicle includes a tube having an elongated body and at least one chamber having a window. The mounting kit includes at least one bolt having a head and a shank, the head arranged to be coupled to the soundbar and the shank arranged to be received in the at least one chamber and accessible through the window to secure the soundbar to the tube. A first bracket is arranged to be secured to a cross member and first pillar of the vehicle, and a second bracket is arranged to be secured to the cross member and a second pillar of the vehicle, each of the first and second brackets having a cradle arranged to receive an end portion of the tube for installing the tube and attached soundbar in the vehicle.
FIXATION METHODS AND DEVICES FOR A PANEL MOUNTED DEVICE
A device is configured to be mounted to a planar mounting panel, including, for example, a wall or ceiling of a home or other building. The device includes a housing, a fastener, a dogleg tab and a friction inducing member. The housing is configured to be received in an aperture in the mounting panel and includes a housing aperture. The fastener is disposed in the housing aperture. The dogleg tab is operatively coupled to one end of the fastener. The dogleg tab is configured to be disposed in a retracted position and to be disposed in an engagement position, in which engagement position the dogleg tab is disposed to engage an inside surface of the mounting panel. The friction inducing member is fixedly attached to the housing adjacent the housing aperture and friction-fit to the fastener.
Electronic device packaging box
Various embodiments relating to a packaging box for packaging an electronic device are presented, and according to one embodiment, the packaging box comprises: a packaging box body; a receiving part included in the packaging box body and receiving the electronic device; and a support structure received in or removed from the receiving part, at least a portion of the supporting structure able to be slantedly folded to or unfolded, wherein the support structure in a folded state is received, together with the electronic device, in the receiving part to support the electronic device to be able to amplify a sound from a speaker included in the electronic device and, in a state removed from the receiving part or in a state received in the receiving part, the supporting structure cradles the electronic device, and additional various other embodiments are possible.
Speaker system
A fixed speaker system comprising a speaker housing mountable in or to a ceiling, wall or floor; at least one speaker for outputting audio content, wherein each speaker comprises at least one speaker input and at least one speaker output; a processor configured to receive the or each speaker input and generate the or each speaker output; an amplifier coupled to the processor and configured to drive the speaker; a DC power input configured for direct electrical coupling with a mains power source; a power-over-ethernet (POE) interface module, comprising an interface housing that is removably connected to the speaker housing, wherein the module is configured to input power from a POE source to the DC power input.
SOUND OUTPUT APPARATUS AND OSCILLATION PROVISING MECHANISM
A sound output apparatus according to the present technology includes a functional mechanism that performs a specified function; an oscillation providing mechanism that oscillates, as an oscillation-provision-target member, a member that is included in the functional mechanism; and an oscillation controller that controls an oscillation operation performed by the oscillation providing mechanism, on the basis of sound information. The oscillation providing mechanism includes an actuator, a support member, and a biasing member. The actuator generates oscillation along a specified oscillation axis, and includes a rear end that is situated opposite to the oscillation-provision-target member in an axial direction of the oscillation axis. The instruction member supports the actuator. The biasing member is provided around the support member as viewed along the oscillation axis and of which at least a portion is arranged closer to the oscillation-provision-target member than the rear end of the actuator in the axial direction of the oscillation axis, the biasing member biasing the support member toward the oscillation-provision-target member. Further, the oscillation-provision-target member includes a sound output region being configured to have a relatively small thickness.
PIVOTABLE ACOUSTIC DEVICES
In an example, an electronic device may include a housing and a first acoustic device pivotally disposed in the housing. The first acoustic device may move between a first position within the housing and a second position outside the housing. The first acoustic device may direct an acoustic signal in a direction. Further, the electronic device may include a camera to capture an image of an area in front of the electronic device. Furthermore, the electronic device may include a processor operatively coupled to the camera and the first acoustic device. The processor may determine a location of a facial feature of an operator using the captured image. Further, the processor may control an angle of rotation of the first acoustic device relative to the housing based on the location of the facial feature to modify the direction of the acoustic signal.
