TRAINING APPARATUS FOR IMPROVING CONTROL ABILITY OF LOWER LIMB
The training apparatus according to an embodiment includes: a support unit; a guide unit fixed on the support unit and including rails which extend in a front-rear direction; a sliding unit which is movable in the front-rear direction along the rails of the guide unit; a pillar-shaped rotation axis fixed on the support unit; a footrest unit which supports a user's foot; a lower support formed below the footrest unit; and a connection rotating unit formed below the footrest unit and connected to the rotation axis of the support unit through insertion to allow the footrest unit to rotate around the rotation axis. A plurality of springs installed inward from two sidewalls of the sliding unit is configured to come into contact with the lower support of the footrest unit and apply pressure from two sides when the footrest unit rotates.
MODULAR EXERCISE SYSTEM
A system for constructing exercise devices comprises a support frame, a first stanchion, a second stanchion, a knee-pad attachment, a thigh-pad attachment, a roller-pad attachment, and a multi-purpose bar. The system can be assembled in different configurations to allow a user to perform different exercises such as back hyperextensions, sissy squats, Nordic curls, sit ups, and hip thrusters.
Rehabilitation system performing rehabilitation program using wearable device and user electronic device
A rehabilitation system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a wearable device for measuring rehabilitation exercise information of a user and a user electronic device receiving the rehabilitation exercise information from the wearable device and driving an avatar training program. The user electronic device may receive the avatar training program recommended based on user personal information and the rehabilitation exercise information from a rehabilitation program recommendation server. According to the present invention, a rehabilitation effect can be enhanced by performing a rehabilitation exercise according to a rehabilitation program suitable for a user using a wearable device and a user electronic device.
Physical therapy boot
A physical therapy system including a boot assembly, a track assembly and a communications assembly is disclosed. The boot assembly includes a boot that is worn on the foot of the user with the knee that requires treatment. The boot includes a cushioned sole provided by a sponge within the boot. The sponge being entirely enclosed by a cover. The track assembly includes a track on which the boot is maneuvered on. The boot and the track having a low friction coefficient to allow the boot to easily slid on the track. The user may maneuver the boot in a manner that rehabilitates their knee. Within the boot is the communication assembly which includes a processor and sensors to gather data from the usage of the boot. The collected data is communicated to a mobile device allowing a user to track their therapy sessions and progress.
System and method for knee rehabilitation
The invention may be embodied in a physical therapy or health maintenance stretching system including a frame configured for engaging a treated leg of a user at or near the popliteal space of the treated leg to allow a knee of the treated leg to bend inwards in response to gravitational force affecting a lower portion of the treated leg. The frame may be further configured to allow a knee of the treated leg to bend inwards in response to a user force directly or indirectly applied to the lower portion of the treated leg.
Exercise apparatus
A body exercise apparatus comprising: a torso band; at least one first protuberance member disposed on the torso band; an appendage band; at least one second protuberance member disposed on the appendage band; at least one first sensor associated with the torso band; at least one second sensor associated with the appendage band; at least one resistance cable having one end removably attached between the at least one first protuberance member and the at least one second protuberance member.
Apparatus for treating knee abnormalities
A method of treating knee abnormalities includes securing the portion of the leg above the knee to a stationary object and securing the portion of the leg below the knee to a movable support. A force is applied to the movable support to stretch the knee joint. Apparatus for carrying out the method is also disclosed.
Cam Mechanism for Adjustable Torque Without Cable Slack
A cam mechanism may include a cam assembly rotatably mounted to an axis shaft and having a profile arc adapted for receiving a belt or cable, a belt adjustment lever pivotally mounted to the cam assembly and having a control bearing, and a cam range slot plate rigidly mounted to the axis shaft and defining a slot in sliding communication with the control bearing of the belt adjustment lever, wherein the belt adjustment lever is connected to one end of a belt or cable, and the opposite end of the belt or cable is connected to a moveable weight stack, and wherein the cam assembly is rotatable relative to the cam range slot plate.
Exercise device
The exercise device of the present invention has a first assembly with a first strap configured to encircle a user's first bodily appendage, such as a thigh or a foot, with the first strap having a first attachment ring. The exercise device also has a second assembly with a second strap configured to encircle a user's second bodily appendage, such as a foot, with the second strap having a plurality of second attachment rings. The exercise device also has one or more elastic resistance bands configured for connecting at one end to the first attachment ring and at an opposite second end to one of the plurality of second attachment rings. Exercises with the device have the user moving between starting positions and finishing positions against the resistance of the bands.
Knee extension training device
A knee extension training device is provided with knee abutment rolls, heel abutment rolls and feet anchor rolls to facilitate a user from standing on the device in an upright manner with the knees, the heels, and the feet abutting the respective abutment rolls such that knee extension stretching and flexion exercise can be carried out by utilizing the user's own body weight.
