EQUIPMENT COMPONENT FOR A VEHICLE
20230211739 · 2023-07-06 ·

An equipment part for a vehicle, including a wing device having at least one wing. The wing is pivotably about a pivot axis between a first pivot position and a second pivot position. The wing has a base part and an extension part that is supported movably relative to the base part in a translatory manner between a base position and an extended position. An adjusting device has at least one motor drive and a transmission for executing the pivoting movement as well as the translatory movement of the wing. By way of the transmission, a conversion takes place of a rotary movement of the drive to a translatory movement of the extension part, wherein a torque about the axis of rotation is produced in the base part, with which torque the wing is pivotable between the first pivot position and the second pivot position.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR TUNING BASED ON FURNITURE CONFIGURATION
20230217170 · 2023-07-06 ·

An electronic furniture assembly of the present invention includes: (i) a furniture assembly comprising: (A) a base (e.g., a seat portion), (B) at least one transverse or upright member (e.g., a side, armrest or backrest), and (ii) a speaker system mounted within one or more portions of the furniture assembly. A method of tuning a speaker of an audio-enhanced furniture system includes presenting a user with predetermined tuning profiles corresponding to a plurality of configuration footprint shapes in which the furniture assembly can be assembled and in response to a user selection of a given configuration footprint shape, tuning the speaker system according to the tuning profile selected by the user.

SOUND STAGE ORIENTATION FOR ENCLOSED ENVIRONMENTS

Implementations of the subject technology provide for sound stage reversal for enclosed environments. For example, various occupants within an enclosed environment and listening to the same spatially-oriented audio content may be facing in various different respective directions. Speakers within the enclosed environment may be operated to generate the spatially-oriented audio content for the various occupants, with various respective sound stage orientations corresponding to the various different respective directions in which the occupants face.

USER TRACKING HEADREST AUDIO CONTROL

Implementations of the subject technology provide user tracking headrest audio control. For example, a seat may have a headrest and one or more speakers mounted to the headrest for providing audio output to an occupant of the seat. Because the head of the occupant may be disposed in the near field of the headrest speakers when the occupant is seated in the seat, movements of the occupant's head and/or ears may affect the acoustic experience of the occupant. Aspects of the subject technology provide for modifications to audio output(s) from one or more speaker(s) mounted in a headrest, based on tracking of the location of the occupant's head and/or ears relative to the location(s) of the speaker(s).

SEATBACK SPEAKERS

Various implementations include seats and related loudspeakers. In particular cases, a seat includes: a seat headrest portion; a seat backrest portion; and a loudspeaker assembly including: at least one driver for generating an acoustic output; and an acoustic exit fixed in the seat backrest portion and angled to provide the acoustic output to a location below a nominal ear position of an occupant of the seat, wherein an angle of the at least one driver provides the acoustic output to achieve a consistent frequency response across a range of positions deviating from the nominal ear position, wherein the angle of the at least one driver is configured to be adjusted in response to a recline angle of the seat reaching a threshold.

BLUETOOTH MUSIC FACE PILLOW

The present disclosure is applicable to the technical field of massage apparatuses, and provides a Bluetooth music face pillow. The Bluetooth music face pillow includes face pillow sponge, a speaker, an audio wire, a Bluetooth battery compartment, a circuit board, a rechargeable battery and an audio terminal; at least two speakers are configured inside the face pillow sponge; when the user plays an audio file with the mobile phone, the circuit board acquires an audio signal of the mobile phone of the user through Bluetooth and amplifies the audio signal of the mobile phone; the amplified audio electric signal is supplied to the speakers through the audio terminal and the audio wire; and the audio is played back through the audio speakers.

Headrest with integrated nose and loudspeaker enclosure

In at least one embodiment, a vehicle apparatus is provided. The apparatus includes a core, a nose, a first loudspeaker, and a first loudspeaker housing. The core is positioned within a headrest for a seat of a vehicle. The nose attaches to the core and is positioned within the headrest. The first loudspeaker is positioned on the nose for providing an audio signal from the headrest. The first loudspeaker housing receives the first loudspeaker and is positioned on the nose. The first loudspeaker housing extends along a first outer edge of the core to decrease an overall length of the core and the nose along a first axis in the vehicle.

HEAD TRACKING SYSTEM
20220404905 · 2022-12-22 ·

A head tracking system for use in a headrest, includes at least one optical circuit having a plurality of sensors. Each sensor arranged to detect light reflected from at least portion of an illuminated scene. The portion of the scene contains at least a part of a head to be tracked, and to provides an output signal corresponding to an amount of reflected light detected by the sensor. An acquisition circuit is arranged to receive a plurality of output signals from the plurality of sensors and to derive a frame from said output signals. A processing unit is arranged to receive the frame and to derive an indication of a change in position and/or orientation of the head by comparing the received frame with one or more frames obtained at different moments in time.

MASSAGE DEVICE PROVIDING TINNITUS TREATMENT PROGRAM AND CONTROL METHOD THEREFOR
20220408205 · 2022-12-22 ·

Disclosed are a massage device providing a tinnitus treatment program and a control method therefor. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, disclosed is a method by which a massage device provides a tinnitus treatment program. The method by which the massage device provides the tinnitus treatment program comprises the steps of: obtaining tinnitus information about a user; adjusting the magnitude of at least some of a plurality of frequency components included in a raw sound source and then flattening the raw sound source, so as to generate a first processed sound source; reducing the magnitude of at least some of a plurality of frequency components included in the first processed sound source on the basis of the obtained tinnitus information, so as to generate a tinnitus treatment sound source; and providing a tinnitus treatment program in which the generated tinnitus treatment sound source and tinnitus treatment massage are combined.
