The present document describes a textile-assembly toolkit for reversible assembly of a textile to an electronic-speaker device. The toolkit includes multiple attachment features, including rigid features with matched purposefully-designed knit types that can be combined to enable repeatable, mass-producible, reversible assembly of the textile to the electronic-speaker device. The techniques described herein enable accurate alignment of the textile on the electronic-speaker device without distorting the textile's cosmetic pattern and in a manner that results in no visible edges of the textile or visible attachment features on the exterior of the electronic-speaker device. Also, the textile-assembly toolkit includes attachment features that secure the textile with sufficient tension to avoid acoustic distortion such as rub and buzz.

An acoustic metamaterial passive impedance matching device for use in matching the acoustic impedance of a loudspeaker is disclosed. The device includes a baffle having an upper end and a lower end, plates stacked concentrically from the upper end to the lower end, slots positioned between the plates, a side channel extending annularly around a circumference of at least one of the plates, and a spoke interconnecting the plates. Each of the plates includes a central region including perforations. Each of the slots is positioned between two adjacent plates. The side channel defines a chamber including a height greater than the height of the plates and an interior volume enclosing a predetermined volume of air. The side channels and the perforated plates generate an acoustic impedance that matches the complex conjugate acoustic impedance of the loudspeaker to deliver maximum acoustic power. The side channels may include open ends, closed ends, or both for providing an inductive or reactive capacitance.

A composition for an acoustic member includes a non-diene butyl rubber, and a liquid polymer having a molecular weight of 1,000 to 120,000. A difference in an SP value between the liquid polymer and the butyl rubber is within ±0.5.

A portable audio input/output device may include one or more openings that extend through a cover of the device and allow acoustic signals outside a housing of the device to reach a microphone disposed within the housing. The opening(s) may be illuminated by a light guide disposed within the housing, which scatters light emitted from lights disposed within the housing. In some instances, a hole may pass through a printed circuit board to allow acoustic signals to be received by the microphone disposed below the printed circuit board. An input/output (I/O) interface module with multiple buttons and inputs may be installed in the hole. The multiple buttons and I/O ports of the I/O interface module may be aligned along an axis vertical relative to the housing and centered with respect to each other.

A sound generator comprises a shell, a vibration system and a magnetic circuit system, wherein the shell sequentially accommodates and fixes the vibration system and the magnetic circuit system from top to bottom; the magnetic circuit system comprises a magnetic conductive yoke, and a central magnetic circuit portion and a side magnetic circuit portion that are mounted on an upper surface of the magnetic conductive yoke; a magnetic gap is formed between the central magnetic circuit portion and the side magnetic circuit portion; and at least one of the central magnetic circuit portion and the side magnetic circuit portion is provided with a permanent magnet; the magnetic circuit system is provided with a rear sound hole; a rear cavity in communication with the rear sound hole is provided directly below the magnetic circuit system.

A speaker includes a casing, a speaker unit, and a sound guiding assembly. The casing has an opening end and has at least one first connecting portion at the opening end. The speaker unit is disposed in the casing. The sound guiding assembly has at least one second connecting portion. The second connecting portion structurally interferes with the first connecting portion, such that the sound guiding assembly is detachably assembled to the opening end of the casing.

The present invention provides a speaker box and an electronic device. The speaker box includes: a case having a receiving space; a speaker body having a sound outlet and received in the receiving space; and a graphite sheet received in the receiving space and connected to both the speaker body and the case. The speaker body divides the receiving space into a front cavity in communication with the sound outlet and a rear cavity opposite to the front cavity. The electronic device uses the speaker box. Compared with the related art, the speaker box and the electronic device provided by the present invention have a better heat dissipation effect.

A MEMS microphone and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The MEMS microphone includes: a substrate configured to have a through portion formed in a central portion thereof; a vibration membrane configured to have an uneven structure formed on the through portion of the substrate; and a fixed membrane provided on an upper position spaced apart from the vibration membrane by a predetermined distance.

An accessory tray for a loudspeaker includes a main portion defining a perimeter and a base surface configured to support an accessory within the perimeter. An anchor portion extends under the base surface of the main portion, the anchor portion configured to engage a portion of the loudspeaker. The main portion has a tapering height from a rear to a front thereof, forming a rake angle in side view.

A speaker module comprising a module middle housing and a static electricity removal structure; the static electricity removal structure comprises a conductive plastic member, a metal insert connected to the conductive plastic member, a conductive steel sheet and a fixing component; the module middle housing is provided with a protruding part on an outer lateral wall thereof; the metal insert and the fixing component are injection molded on the protruding part; the conductive steel sheet is connected to the metal insert with one end thereof and is connected to a first portion of an external device with the other end thereof; the conductive plastic member is fixed onto the protruding part by a secondary injection molding; the metal insert is conductively connected to the fixing component by the conductive plastic member; the speaker module is disposed at a second portion of the external device of the fixing component.
