Exercise machine having elastic exercise resistance cables
An exercise machine includes an upright mounting assembly having a top and a bottom spaced-apart from the top. The exercise machine includes a seat operatively connected to the upright mounting assembly. The exercise machine includes a first pair of space-apart pulley assemblies rotatably mounted adjacent to the top of the upright mounting assembly. The exercise machine includes a second pair of spaced-apart pulley assemblies rotatably mounted adjacent to the bottom of the upright mounting assembly. The exercise machine includes a plurality of exercise resistance cables connected at proximal end portions to the upright mounting assembly and extending around and outward, respectively, from the first and second pairs of spaced-apart pulley assemblies.
Wearable Mobility Assisting Apparatus
A wearable mobility assisting device is provided having one or a plurality of elastic bands extending between anchors positioned on an anchor belt engaged to the body of the user at a first location and a limb belt engaged to the body of the user in a second position. The anchors may be slidably located to adjust the force vector or angle of the elastic bands between their engaged opposing ends. A shoulder harness may also be provided for additional stability of the device during use.
Systems and methods for facilitating rehabilitation therapy
A rehabilitation system includes a portable patient workstation configured to facilitate in-home rehabilitation therapy. In some embodiments, the workstation includes a computer configured to host computer-based activities that provide rehabilitative exercise to a patient when the patient participates in the activities, a monitor electrically connected to the computer and configured to display screens of the computer-based activities, a table upon which the monitor can be supported, a tabletop console supported on the table, the console including multiple integral user interface devices that are connected to the computer and adapted to receive patient inputs while the patient is participating in the activities, and a network interface device with which data can be transmitted and received by the patient workstation via a network.

Elbow tendon treatment devices and methods
A method of treating elbow tendonitis in a user's arm comprises providing a container having a handle, filling the container with a prescribed volume of water, holding the container by the handle with the arm hanging at the user's side in a starting position defined by an inward facing of the user's palm, thereafter, rotating the container in a first direction until the arm is at a first rotated position defined by an outward facing of the user's palm, holding the arm at the first rotated position for a first hold time of at least six seconds, thereafter, rotating the container in a second direction opposite the first direction, past the starting position, until the arm is at a second rotated position defined by an outward facing of the user's palm, and holding the arm at the second rotated position for a second hold time of at least six seconds.

Method for exercising hand, wrist, and forearm using stretchable therapeutic bracelet
A therapeutic bracelet includes a strip of elastomeric material that defines an interior surface, an exterior surface, and a plurality of finger holes extending through the strip. The strip of elastomeric material is configured to be positioned over an operative hand of a user and to be worn around a wrist of the user. Upon periodic removal of the therapeutic bracelet from the wrist, the user inserts one or more digits in the finger holes from the interior surface and stretches the therapeutic bracelet with a thumb of the operative hand or with an opposite hand. A method of using the therapeutic bracelet to alternately strengthen and stretch the operative hand is also provided. The bracelet may also be used for supporting the wrist in an ergonomically correct position; and, when turned inside out, for massaging sore or injured muscles.

GRIP AND TWIST ISOMETRIC WORKOUT TOOL
An isometric force resistant exercise tool has a left handle form interfaced to a right handle form over an axle shaft locked to the right handle form, the axle shaft supporting a pressure plate, a compress able spring or set of springs, and a compression adjustment handle threaded onto the axle shaft and abutting the compress able spring or spring set, the pressure plate adjacent in assembly to a friction-resistive material fixed on the left handle form, the left handle form including a piston form interfacing with a ring housing on the right handle form, the piston form adjacent in assembly to a friction-resistive material fixed on the right handle form. Gripping the handle forms and rotating the against force resistance exercises one or more muscle groups.
Hand, wrist and forearm exercise device
A hand, wrist and forearm exercise device includes a resistive hand grip exerciser disposed at each end of a flexible, elongated resilient member. The flexible, elongated resilient member is arcuately bendable along a longitudinal axis and also one end is twistable relative to the another end along the longitudinal axis.
