Ankle exercise device
An ankle exercise device comprises a base frame, a heel rest, a rotational component, and a plurality of resistance bands. The resistance bands may be connected to the rotational component. The rotational component rotates 90 degrees to orient the resistance bands in either a horizontal or vertical direction. The heel rest may comprise a u-shaped cutout to cup a user's heel. The heel rest is adjustable to align the heads of a user's metatarsals between the resistance bands. With the resistance bands in the horizontal direction, the user may rotate the ankle in the plantarflexion and dorsiflexion directions. With the resistance bands in the vertical direction, the user may rotate the ankle in the inversion and eversion directions.

METHOD FOR EXERCISING HAND, WRIST, AND FOREARM USING STRETCHABLE THERAPEUTIC BRACELET
A therapeutic bracelet includes a strip of elastomeric material that defines an interior surface, an exterior surface, and a plurality of finger holes extending through the strip. The strip of elastomeric material is configured to be positioned over an operative hand of a user and to be worn around a wrist of the user. Upon periodic removal of the therapeutic bracelet from the wrist, the user inserts one or more digits in the finger holes from the interior surface and stretches the therapeutic bracelet with a thumb of the operative hand or with an opposite hand. A method of using the therapeutic bracelet to alternately strengthen and stretch the operative hand is also provided. The bracelet may also be used for supporting the wrist in an ergonomically correct position; and, when turned inside out, for massaging sore or injured muscles.

Exercise device
An exercise device includes a device frame for operative coupling to a load during a strength training exercise. The device frame defines a device track and a handle assembly for operative attachment to the device frame. The handle assembly including a hand grip to be held by a user during the strength training exercise, and a track follower formation attached to the hand grip. The track follower formation is operatively adapted for movement along the device track during the strength training exercise.

Rotational and linear resistance force exercise apparatus
An exercise apparatus with an adjustable rotating element around which a force transferring material wraps either clockwise or counterclockwise to provide bidirectional rotational resistance for exercising. The force transferring material is preferably guided to remain in close proximity to the rotating element while wrapping around the rotating element. Multiple attachments provide great flexibility in performing exercise or physical therapy.

Flexible exercise and rehabilitation bar
An exercise and rehabilitation bar including a flexing bar, at least one resistance insert, and at least one handle. The flexing bar has a first end, a second end, and a cavity running from the first end to the second end. The at least one resistance insert is removably carried within the cavity of the flexing bar and the at least one handle is removably securable to either the first or second end of the flexing bar.
SAND PIT TRAINING BAG
A sand pit training bag for weight lifting and dragging exercises in the closed bag configuration and sand training in the sand pit open configuration. The sand pit training bag comprises of fasteners, attachable walls, compressed surface cover, top cover, cavity hole and cavity cover which further defines a sand pit. The open sand pit configuration is designed for proprioceptive training for athletes and the general population to recover from injuries and/or damaged ligaments, tissues, broken and fractured bones. Furthermore, the open sand pit configuration is water proof to hold liquids to define a pool of water.
