MEDIA PLATFORM FOR EXERCISE SYSTEMS AND METHODS
Systems and methods for delivering exercise content to a user of an exercise apparatus include a database storing exercise content, data associated with a content provider and data associated with an application provider, and a platform server operable to facilitate delivery of the exercise content to the exercise apparatus. The platform server delivers for display on the exercise apparatus archived exercise classes for selection by the user, receives from the exercise apparatus a selection, transmits data representing content of the selected archived exercise class, receives performance data from the exercise apparatus based on activity by the user, and generates archived performance data representing archived user performance parameters for a plurality of other users over at least the portion of the selected archived exercise class. Data is synchronized and updated for display by the exercise apparatus to simulate the user competing with at least some of the other users.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR USING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TO DYNAMICALLY CREATE AN EXERCISE PROGRAM BASED ON A USER ENERGY SCORE
Systems, methods, and computer-readable mediums for generating, by an artificial intelligence engine, an exercise program comprising a first user energy score, wherein the method comprises generating, by the artificial intelligence engine, the exercise program including an exercise plan including a plurality of exercises. Each respective exercise is associated with user energy consumption metrics based at least on a metabolic equivalent of task (MET) value, and based on the user energy consumption metrics, the first user energy score is associated with the exercise program. The method includes receiving data pertaining to a plurality of users. The data includes physical activity goals the plurality of users desires to achieve. The method includes determining second user energy scores for the physical activity goals, and based on the first and second user energy scores, assigning, by the artificial intelligence engine, at least a subset of the plurality of users to the exercise program.
QUANTITATIVE, BIOMECHANICAL-BASED ANALYSIS WITH OUTCOMES AND CONTEXT
Systems and methods are disclosed for generating a 3D avatar using a biomechanical analysis of observed actions with a focus on representing actions through computer-generated 3D avatars. Physical quantities of biomechanical actions can be measured from the observations, and the system can analyze these values, compare them to target or optimal values, and use the observations and known biomechanical capabilities to generate 3D avatars.
Smart fitness system
Methods, systems, and computer program products for analysis of movement patterns and corrective actions are provided. Aspects include capturing, via a camera, movement data associated with a user, analyzing the movement data to identify a movement pattern of the user, accessing, from a database, a model movement pattern for the movement pattern of the user, comparing the model movement pattern to the movement pattern of the user, determining a fault in the movement pattern of the user, and displaying, via a display screen, video data comprising a corrected movement pattern for the user based at least on the fault in the movement pattern of the user.
Systems and methods for integrating measurements captured during a golf swing
The present embodiments provide systems and methods for aggregating measurements captured by different technologies during a golf swing. By capturing measurements using different technologies, more accurate measurements may be provided to a user by selecting from the measurements, offsetting measurements based on the technologies used, and aligning measurements between devices. Further, by aggregating measurements received from different devices, additional features and functionality may be provided to the user that is absent from any one device used alone. Additionally, by storing the aggregated measurements, users, club fitters and instructors may access and leverage larger databases of measurements to better understand the user's golf swing and to provide better recommendations and instruction to the user.
Method and apparatus for predicting the likely success of golf swings
A method of predicting the likelihood of a post T-off golf swing or consecutive swings resulting in a ball being sunk in a hole; the method utilising communication equipped cameras or communication equipped laser rangefinders at known locations to determine accurate ball lie information. Transmission of this location information in real time to a processing facility linked to a database of historical play information incorporating at least ball position information and golf course in order to calculate odds of success of the upcoming swing and/or subsequent swings.
Device and method for monitoring activity performance
A control device operates a drone with an onboard camera. The control device obtains a current performance metric to be computed for an activity performed by an individual, determines, based on a positioning rule associated with the current performance metric, a selected relative position, SRP, between the individual and the onboard camera, identifies a reference plane of the individual, operates the drone to move the onboard camera from an initial relative position to attain the SRP in relation to the reference plane; operates the onboard camera, when in the SRP, to capture image(s) of the individual, and provides the image(s) for computation of the current performance metric for the activity performed by the individual. The SRP may be defined, by the positioning rule, to ensure that the orientation of the individual in the image(s) is relevant or optimal for the current performance metric.
Practice drill-related features using quantitative, biomechanical-based analysis
Systems and methods are disclosed for generating and providing guided practices and coaching feedback (e.g., illustrated in 3D images, video, or audio) that allow golfers to follow along to improve their physical swing in a digital environment. The feedback may be provided with a 3D avatar using a biomechanical analysis of observed actions with a focus on representing actions through computer-generated 3D avatars. Physical quantities of biomechanical actions can be measured from the observations, and the system can analyze these values, compare them to target or optimal values, and use the observations and known biomechanical capabilities to generate the guided practices and coaching feedback.
VIRTUAL GOLF DEVICE AND VIRTUAL SPORTS DEVICE
The present invention relates to a virtual golf device and a virtual sports device. The virtual sports device comprises a play area in which a user who plays virtual sports is located, a display area in which a content image is displayed, and an image providing unit for projecting the content image onto the display area to provide the content image to the user.
Walking training system, display method, and display program
The walking training system includes: a treadmill; a determination unit configured to determine whether a walking of the trainee on the treadmill is an abnormal walking based on predetermined abnormal walking symptoms; a display unit configured to display a result of a determination of each of the abnormal walking symptoms; a reception unit configured receive a selection of at least one result of the determination from the results of the determinations, each of which displayed on the display unit, in which regarding pieces of advice about adjustment items for improving the abnormal walking symptoms in the result of the determination which the reception unit has received the selection, the display unit preferentially displays the pieces of advice that are common to pieces of advice about adjustment items for improving the abnormal walking symptoms in a result of another determination in which the determination unit determines the abnormal walking.
