A method of calculating indoor/outdoor seamless positioning on the basis of the common message format according to an embodiment may include entering, by a moving subject, a detection range of a sensor provided in a domain, generating, by the sensor, sensing data necessary to calculate positioning of the moving subject, transmitting the sensing data to a positioning domain that performs data fusion or sensor fusion of the sensing data, and generating, by the positioning domain, a common message format of the sensing data for seamless positioning of the moving subject.

A supervisory control system is disclosed that provides an operator situational awareness interface use with monitoring a plurality of automated vehicles (AVs). The system is configured to: generate a map of a geographical area of interest; obtain location data and perceived risk data for a plurality of AVs in the geographical area; generate a vehicle icon corresponding to each AV; position the vehicle icon for each AV on the map based on the location data for a corresponding AV; apply a color coding to each vehicle icon based on a perceived risk level for a corresponding AV; and signal a display device to display an AV fleet map graphic that includes the color coded vehicle icons positioned on the map. The controller may be further configured to: generate an AV servicing queue graphic that displays vehicle icons in an order based on a determined servicing priority.

A server computing device receives the request for swiftwater risk information from the mobile computing device. The server computing device models hydrologic conditions for a plurality of segments of one or more bodies of water at or near the location. The server computing device classifies each segment of the bodies of water according to a level of potential risk of hazards associated with the hydrologic conditions. The server computing device generates a visual representation of the bodies of water that includes a classification indicator for one or more of the plurality of segments for display on the mobile computing device, and transmits the visual representation to the mobile computing device.
