DETECTING RELATED INFORMATION ON CALLS IN MULTI-TENANT SYSTEM AND FOR CONSENT BASED INFORMATION SHARING
Methods and systems for consent based information sharing. One system includes a server including an electronic processor configured to receive a first set of parsed communication data for a first talkgroup and a second set of parsed communication data for a second talkgroup. The electronic processor is configured to determine a topic of interest of the first talkgroup. The electronic processor is configured to identify relevant communication data from the second set of parsed communication data, where the relevant communication data is relevant to the topic of interest. The electronic processor is configured to determine whether the relevant communication data is shareable. The electronic processor is configured to, in response to determining that the relevant communication data is not shareable, request consent from the first talkgroup and the second talkgroup to share the relevant communication data, and, in response to receiving consent, enable sharing of the relevant communication data.
Optimizing network resources usage by dynamically controlling media bursts in simultaneous push to talk over cellular (POC) calls
Optimal network resource consumption by dynamically controlling media bursts in Simultaneous PoC (Push-To-X (Push-To-Voice/Video/etc.) Over Cellular) calls. Embodiments disclosed herein relate to wireless communication networks, and more particularly to PoC calls performed using wireless communication networks. Embodiments herein disclose methods and systems for optimal network resource consumption by dynamically controlling media bursts, when a user is participating in simultaneous PoC sessions. Embodiments herein disclose methods and systems for optimal network resource consumption by enabling a user to selectively enable/disable multiple PoC sessions using MBCP “Activate” and “Deactivate” messages.

WIRELESS COMMUNICATION DEVICE, WIRELESS COMMUNICATION BASE STATION, AND WIRELESS COMMUNICATION METHOD
A wireless communication device comprising a communication unit, a storage, an operation unit, a communication quality measuring unit, and a controller that controls the communication unit and the storage, wherein the controller further controls the storage to store, when the operation unit detects a transmission starting operation during every channel frequency is used by other wireless communication devices, the voice data until the operation unit detects a transmission stopping operation;
controls the communication unit to transmit, when every channel frequency is not used and the bit error rate is smaller than a first threshold, all pieces of voice data that have not been transmitted, and to transmit, when every channel frequency is not used and the bit error rate is between the first threshold and a second threshold, a piece of divided data having a predetermined length from a head of the voice data which has not been transmitted.

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR SHARING REASON CAUSE FOR MCX COMMUNICATION OVER PRE-ESTABLISHED SESSION
A method for sharing a reason cause for a mission critical communication (MCX) communication over pre-established session in an MCC network is provided. The method includes transmitting, to the server, a call initiation request to initiate a call, wherein the call initiation request includes first information on a session type and second information on a resource list, receiving, from the server, a mission critical pre-established session control (MCPC) connect message including a security message, determining whether an authentication for the security message is successful, and transmitting, to the server, a first MCPC acknowledgement message including a reason cause field to inform a reason for terminating the call in response to determining that the authentication for the security message is not successful.

LAND MOBILE RADIO AND MISSION CRITICAL PUSH TO TALK INTERWORKING
The disclosed technology is generally directed towards, for interworking function interworking group call services, configuring each of the interworking groups with a separate group home server, with the servers coupled to one another via an interworking function. The interworking function receives a floor taken message from one server, and, in response, obtains a floor grant from the other server, which facilitates communication from a device to which the floor was granted to other devices, including devices associated with the other server. If the interworking function receives colliding floor taken messages from both servers, the interworking function performs mediation to determine which server/user has a higher priority level. The interworking function acknowledges the floor taken message to the higher priority server, and sends a floor request (with high priority) message to the other server, which triggers a floor revoke message to a device on the lower priority side.

Voice Control Device with Push-To-Talk (PTT) and Mute Controls
Disclosed herein are system, apparatus, article of manufacture, method and/or computer program product embodiments, and/or combinations and sub-combinations thereof, for a voice control device including a microphone, a mute control, and a push-to-talk (PTT) control. An example embodiment operates by: entering a mute state from an always-listening state when the device receives a mute control signal; entering a PTT state from the mute state when the device is in the mute state and receives a first PTT control signal; activating the microphone when the device is in the PTT state; and entering the mute state from the PTT state when the device is in the PTT state and receives a second PTT control signal.
