METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PROVIDING MULTI-TIER FACTORY RESET OF A CONVERGED COMMUNICATION DEVICE
A converged communication device comprises a first processor operable using a first communications protocol and a second processor operable using a second communications protocol. The first processor is configured to detect a factory reset. The factory reset selectively enables one of a multi-tier factory reset comprising: a factory reset of both the first and second processor; a factory reset of the first processor only; and a factory reset of the second processor only. The configuration may be triggered by an external input to the converged communication device.
HYPERGRAPHIC SELF-DEFINING COMMUNICATIONS GROUPS OF AN ISOMORPHIC STRUCTURE
Some embodiments include an electronic device of a first agency configured to establish communications with a second agency via an interoperability communications network. The electronic device can include a processor configured to create an isomorphic structure including a first and a second node element in a hierarchy. The processor can instantiate an interactive visual chart (IVC) for the isomorphic structure that is activated, where the first and second node elements correspond to a first and second communications group identifiers (IDs). The processor can transmit a first invitation including the instantiated IVC for the activated isomorphic structure, and in response to the first invitation being accepted, instantiate a first communications group corresponding to the first communications group ID and a second communications group corresponding to the second communications group ID, where the first member and the second member are peers corresponding to the first node element of the activated isomorphic structure.
Ground combat vehicle communication system
A communication system provides multimedia communications within and between armored ground combat vehicles (GCVs). The system includes client computers within the armored GCVs providing distributed and interconnected multimedia communications among the client computers. The multimedia communication may include a one-to-one communication, a text communication to a group, an audio communication to a group, or a video communication to a group. Logic providing the distributed and interconnected multimedia communications is not located at a single client computer. The client computers display graphical user interfaces (GUIs) enabling soldiers to select parameters of the communication system with some GUIs providing presence discovery among the armored GCVs. One of the plurality of client computers acts as an origination station and other client computers may be configured as receiving communication station(s). The origination communication station may transmit digital communication data to the receiving communication station(s).

The system includes client computers within the armored GCVs providing distributed and interconnected multimedia communications among the client computers. Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method, an apparatus, and a system for changing an association relationship between an MCPTT user and an MCPTT group. A method for changing an association relationship between an MCPTT user and an MCPTT group is performed by a first network element device, including: receiving an association change request sent by first UE, where the association change request includes request information, the request information is used to indicate that a first MCPTT user requests to change an association relationship between a second MCPTT user and a first MCPTT group, and the first MCPTT user is an MCPTT user using the first UE; and setting the association relationship between the second MCPTT user and the first MCPTT group according to the association change request.

One-to-many communication system
According to one embodiment, a signal processing apparatus includes processing circuitry. The processing circuitry correlates a plurality of communication terminals as a group. The processing circuitry assigns a first transmission right to one of the communication terminals in the group and a second transmission right to one of the communication terminals in the group. The processing circuitry transmits, through a first channel, image data transmitted from the communication terminal which is assigned with the first transmission right to the other communication terminals in the group. The processing circuitry transmits, through a second channel, voice data transmitted from the communication terminal which is assigned with the second transmission right to the other communication terminals in the group. The processing circuitry is configured to permit a single communication terminal to be assigned with both the first and second transmission rights.
One-to-many communication system

The system includes the MCPTT server configured to receive the first-to-answer call request from the MCPTT client.
