A device and system for mobile advertisement and displaying advertisements to people outside a vehicle, and method for use thereof. The device is capable of wirelessly communicating with a separate mobile device, and utilizes one or more processors, a display screen for receiving and displaying images and/or video advertisements, a camera for capturing images of faces as the advertisement is being displayed, and a wireless communication transceiver.

Methods, systems, and apparatuses for presentation of advertising content during presentation of media content and based on data collected from vehicle sensors and a mobile device. Media content, such as stored songs, podcasts, or videos, may be presented to a user. Sensor data corresponding to operation of a vehicle may be collected, and a risk score based on operation of the vehicle may be determined. Based on the risk score, an advertising tier may be determined. The scope of media content available to a user and the frequency of presentation of advertising content during presentation of such media content may be based on the risk score. For example, safe driving behaviors may result in rewards which permit access to more media content, and/or safe driving behaviors may result in fewer advertisements being presented to a user on an in-vehicle display.

A method capable of enhancing a user's acceptance of a received message, a message application program for performing the method, and a user terminal performing the method. The method of exposing received messages is a method performed by a message application program running on a user terminal. The method comprises receiving a message, and displaying the message if the current state of the user terminal satisfies a condition included in an exposure rule. After the message application program receives the message, the message application program displays the message only when the current state of the terminal satisfies the condition included in the exposure rule, thereby increasing the acceptance of the message.

The method comprises receiving a message, and displaying the message if the current state of the user terminal satisfies a condition included in an exposure rule. Embodiments are directed to communicating with and controlling operation of electronically-controlled appliances. In one scenario, a computer system receives a first input from a computing system indicating that an electronically-controlled appliance is permitted to communicate with a cloud computing platform. The computer system generates a notification that is to be sent to a software application, where the software application is configured to control functions of the electronically-controlled appliance. The computer system transmits the generated notification to the software application, where the generated notification indicates that the cloud computing platform is communicably connected to the electronically-controlled appliance. The computer system then receives a second input from the software application indicating that specified functions are to be performed on the electronically-controlled appliance, and transmits instructions to the electronically-controlled appliance to perform the specified functions. These functions are then interpreted and carried out by a hardware controller on the electronically-controlled appliance.

Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for priority-based transmit power control. A method that may be performed by a user equipment (UE) includes communicating with at least a second UE via a link, determining a transmission power for transmitting information via the link based, at least in part, on a priority corresponding to the information, and outputting the information for transmission via the link in accordance with the determined transmission power.

Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for priority-based transmit power control. A method that may be performed by a user equipment (UE) includes communicating with at least a second UE via a link, determining a transmission power for transmitting information via the link based, at least in part, on a priority corresponding to the information, and outputting the information for transmission via the link in accordance with the determined transmission power.

System and method for promoting mobility and logistics of goods services based on advertisements. The system allows the user to be given the freedom to choose and hire the service and the price of the service they want, based on a series of advertisements that promote the services of the drivers before an audience of potential customers generated by an operating system to show the offer of the drivers, of their services of transport of people and/or logistics and delivery of goods. The customers create their own community of favorite and trusted drivers to more easily hire that community of drivers when a service is required. The driver and the customer can agree on special and fixed prices between both parties so that the customer can hire their favorite and trusted drivers on a regular basis with the certainty that the prices are those agreed between both parties.

Systems and methods for providing voice assisted data during a branded voice session via a telecommunication network include a provider device including an in-call dialer interface, a cell site, and message management circuitry communicatively coupled to a call center. The provider device is structured to receive an indication of an in-call message during a branded voice session, determine a call address responsive to receiving the indication of the in-call message, generate a message interface including the call address, receive, by the message interface, the voice assisted data, and based on the call address, provide the voice assisted data during the branded voice session.

Systems and methods for providing voice assisted data during a branded voice session via a telecommunication network include a provider device including an in-call dialer interface, a cell site, and message management circuitry communicatively coupled to a call center. The provider device is structured to receive an indication of an in-call message during a branded voice session, determine a call address responsive to receiving the indication of the in-call message, generate a message interface including the call address, receive, by the message interface, the voice assisted data, and based on the call address, provide the voice assisted data during the branded voice session.
