METHOD AND CONTROL OF HOP LIMITATION IN WI-FI MULTI-ACCESS POINT DEVICE NETWORK
WLAN access point configured to: configure a first wireless extender device not to exceed a hop limit; cause the first wireless extender device to initiate messaging with a root APD via a root fronthaul BSS to receive credentials for a backhaul BSS; cause the first wireless extender device to onboard onto the root APD via the backhaul BSS using the received credentials; enable a second wireless extender device to initiate messaging via the first fronthaul BSS of the first wireless extender device to obtain the credentials for the backhaul BSS; and prevent, in a case that the hop limit has been reached, the second wireless extender device from onboarding onto the backhaul BSS of the first wireless extender device so as to cause the second wireless extender device to onboard onto either the root APD or another wireless extender device.
NON-TRANSITORY COMPUTER-READABLE RECORDING MEDIUM STORING COMPUTER-READABLE INSTRUCTIONS FOR TERMINAL DEVICE, TERMINAL DEVICE, AND COMMUNICATION DEVICE
A terminal device may be configured to receive support information from a communication device by using a first wireless connection which has been established between the terminal device and the communication device. The support information may indicate whether the communication device supports a predetermined scheme. The terminal device may be configured to, in a case where the support information indicates that the communication device supports the predetermined scheme, execute a first control process for executing wireless communication in conformity with the predetermined scheme between the terminal device and the communication device. The terminal device may be configured to, in a case where the support information indicates that the communication device does not support the predetermined scheme, execute a second control process for executing wireless communication in conformity with a different scheme different from the predetermined scheme between the terminal device and the communication device.
SECURE DEVICE MANAGEMENT
Techniques are described for managing devices using multiple virtual personal area networks (VPANs). A border router can receive a first request to join a network from a first device. The first device may be assigned to a first virtual personal area network (VPAN), which has an associated first group temporal key (GTK). The first GTK can be distributed to the first virtual device. The border router can also receive a second request to join a network from a second device. The second device may be assigned to a second VPAN, which has an associated second GTK. The second GTK can be distributed to the second virtual device.
User interfaces for workout content
In some embodiments, an electronic device performs techniques related to displaying personalized workout suggestions based on completed workouts. In some embodiments, an electronic device performs techniques related to starting an audio-based workout. In some embodiments, an electronic device performs techniques related to displaying information about a workout during playback of workout content. In some embodiments, an electronic device performs techniques related to displaying information about physical activity of a user relative to a group of users. In some embodiments, an electronic device performs techniques related to coordinating display of workout content among multiple devices.

REMOTE CONTROL SOLUTION SERVER THAT INTEGRATES AND MANAGES IoT DEVICE AND 5G/LTE WIRELESS ROUTER
A remote control solution server for integrally managing an Internet of things device and a router is provided. The server an integrated management unit connected to the router through a network. The integrated management unit includes a first monitor configured to collect first state information data generated by the router to check a state of the router, a second monitor configured to collect second state information data from the Internet of things device connected to the router through the network, and a third monitor configured to collect measurement information data from a sensor module connected to the Internet of things device through the network.
Network access tokens for accessories
A controller device within a home network (or any suitable network) can be configured to manage network access tokens for various accessory devices within the home network. These network access tokens can be used by the accessory devices to access the home network without needing the network owner's network password. The network access tokens can be revocable and/or for a limited time. The controller device can generate the network access tokens, and can provide them to the accessory devices (or other user devices) as well as to an access device on the home network. Once the access device is provisioned with the accessory device's network access token, the router can control whether the accessory device is to be granted access to the home network and for how long.
Communication method between different electronic devices, server and electronic device supporting same
Disclosed is a server for supporting a communication environment between different electronic devices. The server includes a communication circuit, a memory, and a processor. The processor is electrically connected to the communication circuit and the memory. The processor is configured to receive a first voice signal transmitted from a second electronic device to a first electronic device through the communication circuit. The Processor is also configured to allow the first electronic device to transmit network connection information for connecting with the server to the second electronic device based on whether the first voice signal corresponds to a second voice signal stored in the memory.

Communication device
A communication device may receive a specific signal from a first external device; after the specific signal has been received from the first external device, cause an output unit of the communication device to output specific information obtained by using a public key; after the specific information has been outputted, receive an authentication request in which the public key is used from the first external device; in a case where the authentication request is received from the first external device, send an authentication response to the first external device; after the authentication response has been sent to the first external device, receive connection information from the first external device; and in a case where the connection information is received from the first external device, establish, by using the connection information, a wireless connection between the communication device and a second external device.
