ON-PREMISES AGENT FOR MOBILE CLOUD SERVICE

Systems, devices, and methods are disclosed for an agent device within a company's network firewall to initiate an HTTP connection with a cloud-based gateway and then upgrade the connection to a WebSockets protocol in order to have an interactive session. Over this interactive session, a mobile device, which connects to the cloud-based intermediary, can request data from servers inside the company's firewalls. Because the firewall is traversed using HTTP protocols (with WebSockets), it can be as safe as letting employees browse the web from inside the company's network.

TOKEN AND CRYPTOGRAM USING TRANSACTION SPECIFIC INFORMATION
20180006821 · 2018-01-04 ·

Systems and methods for token processing are disclosed. An access device can provide access device data to a mobile communication device. The communication device generates a token request including the access device data and communication device data and sends the token request to a server computer. The server computer returns a token and a token cryptogram to the mobile communication device. The token and the cryptogram may be used in a transaction.

Information Sharing System, Computer, and Information Sharing Method

It is provided an information sharing system, comprising a server, and an in-vehicle system. The server includes: a first storage part; a first key generation part configured to generate a first private key and a first public key, if keys can be exchanged with the in-vehicle system; and a signature generation part configured to generate a signature value of the first public key using a server private key. The in-vehicle system includes: a second storage part configured to store a public key certificate including a server public key; a signature verification part configured to verify the first public key and a signature value received from the server, using a public key certificate; and a second key generation part configured to generate a second private key and a second public key, if a combination of the first public key and the signature value is correct as a result of the verification.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR SHORT-RANGE COMMUNICATION BETWEEN DEVICES

The present disclosure relates to systems and methods for communicating between devices using short-range communication links. More specifically, the present disclosure relates to systems and methods for communicating access-right data between devices for verification or transfer.

SECURING IDENTITIES OF CHIPSETS OF MOBILE DEVICES
20180007559 · 2018-01-04 ·

A method of verifying IMEIs and chipset S/Ns of devices within a wireless communication network. The method comprises receiving a request from a device to access the wireless communication network and receiving an international mobile equipment identity (IMEI) and serial number (S/N) from the device, wherein the IMEI and S/N are included on a chipset of the device, and wherein the S/N is the S/N for the chipset. The method further comprises comparing the IMEI and S/N with a database to confirm the authenticity of the IMEI and S/N. Based upon the authenticity of the IMEI and S/N, the request is either granted or not granted for the device to access the wireless communication network.

VEHICLE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM
20180013834 · 2018-01-11 ·

A communication system for facilitating control over a function of a vehicle (102) comprises a base station (104) positioned in the vehicle (102) and a mobile communication unit (122). The base station (104) comprises a first transmitter for transmitting a signal to the mobile communication unit (122) and a first receiver for receiving a signal from the mobile communication unit (122). The base station (104) is further configured to cause the mobile communication unit (122) to operate in accordance with a limited-response duty cycle.

Secure localized connectionless handoffs of data
11711689 · 2023-07-25 · ·

A connectionless system for handing off data, content or information includes a proximity detection component that allows devices to detect other local devices within range. Devices within range may use advertisement and scanning to exchange communications so that one device can handoff data, content, or information to another device without having to connect, e.g., pair, with the other device(s).

VOICE CONTROL AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS SERVICE INTEGRATION
20180014189 · 2018-01-11 ·

This disclosure describes techniques that facilitate selectively interacting with a computing resource based on receipt of an incoming voice command. Particularly, a voice control integration system may parse content of an incoming voice command to authenticate an identity of the client, and further determine an intended meaning of the incoming voice command. In doing so, the voice control integration system may interact with a computing resource to perform an action that fulfills a client request. Computing resources may be associated with service providers or client devices of a client. Further, the voice control integration system may authenticate a client identity based on a one or two-factor authentication protocol, of which one may correspond to a biometric analysis of the incoming voice command. Further, a second-factor of the two-factor authentication protocol may be implemented via a voice interaction device, another client device accessible to the client, or a combination of both.

Token processing with selective de-tokenization for proximity based access device interactions

A method includes providing an initial communication, by an access device to a user device. The access device can receive the user identifier and the access token and receive a secret associated with the user. The access device can determine, using the user identifier and/or the access token, if the transaction is authorized by an authorizing entity computer associated with the access device or by an authorizing entity not associated with the access device. If the transaction is authorized by the authorizing entity computer associated with the access device, the access device can transmit an authorization request message comprising the user identifier, the secret, and the access token to the authorizing entity computer. The authorizing entity computer validates the secret, retrieves a real credential of the user using the user identifier, and authorizes the transaction.
