A redirection method, a communications system, and a communications apparatus, to implement redirection of a terminal between different systems, and further implement redirection between a 5.sup.th generation system (5GS) and an evolved packet system (EPS). The method includes: a mobility management network element in a first system determining, based on a cellular Internet of things (CIOT) feature supported by a terminal in a second system and a CIOT feature preferred by the terminal in the second system, to redirect the terminal to the second system; and the mobility management network element in the first system sending redirection indication information to the terminal, where the redirection indication information indicates the terminal to redirect to the second system.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PERFORMING HANDOVER IN WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM
The present disclosure relates to a method and device for performing handover in a wireless communication system. An operating method of a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system may include: receiving, from a source base station, a radio resource control (RRC) reconfiguration message indicating handover, the RRC reconfiguration message including data radio bearer (DRB) configuration information; in case that the DRB configuration information includes an indicator indicating a configuration of a dual active protocol stack (DAPS) for at least one DRB, generating a multimedia access control (MAC) entity for a target base station; configuring the MAC entity for the target base station based on MAC configuration information included in the RRC reconfiguration message indicating the handover; suspending a signaling radio bearer (SRB) for the source base station; and establishing or configuring a SRB for the target base station.

An example wireless communication method comprises transmitting, by a network node, one or more black cell lists to a communication node, where each black cell list describes a range of physical cell identifiers (PCI) of one or more network nodes that are prevented from being used by the communication node for reselection, and where each black cell list is associated with one or more network identifiers (IDs) of the one or more network nodes or an indication of a type of network that indicates a type of service provided by one network node.

A UE includes a transceiver, and at least one controller coupled with the transceiver, the at least one controller configured to receive an RRC message for configuring BWPs of a serving cell, receive a PDCCH indicating activation of a first BWP, perform a BWP switching to the first BWP indicated by the PDCCH, and start a first downlink BWP timer associated with the first BWP.
