In this way, the terminal device may use the supplemental resource during the handover.

The method disclosed herein realizes, by determining, for a direct connection link, specialized direct connection control information for identifying the direct connection link, optimization of the establishment and transmission process of the direct connection link, such that the direct connection link well distinguishes from a link of a basic network architecture, thus improving the network efficiency.
