A first base station may receive from a second base station, a first message. The first message may comprise first configuration parameters of a plurality of cells of the second base station. The first configuration parameters may comprise: a first identifier of a first cell of the plurality of cells; and at least one first Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) parameter of the first cell indicating whether the first cell supports at least one first V2X service. The first base station may make a handover decision for a wireless device based at least on the at least one first V2X parameter. The first base station may send to the second base station, a handover request message for the wireless device in response to the handover decision.
Handover procedures in a sidelink wireless communications
A method of operating a first communications device to communicate with a second communications device, the method comprising transmitting or receiving signals representing data to or from the second communications device over a wireless interface, the signals being transmitted or received by the second communications device in accordance with a current configuration, determining that the current configuration is to be changed to a new configuration, transmitting a handover command to the second communications device over the wireless interface, the handover command comprising an indication of the new configuration to replace the current configuration, and receiving via the wireless interface a handover reject indication from the second communications device, the handover reject indication indicating to the first communications device that the second communications device is to continue to operate in accordance with the current configuration.
Gateway-based voice calls via a base station
Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A UE may establish a wireless communication link with a base station in accordance with a radio access technology (RAT), and an internet connection with the base station. The UE may identify a lack of support by a network that includes the base station for a type of voice calls associated with the RAT. The UE may transmit a discovery query for a gateway to a core network, and the UE may establish a connection with the gateway via the internet connection. The UE may initiate a voice call via a call path from the UE to the core network, where the call path may include the wireless communications link with the base station in accordance with the RAT and also may include the internet connection with the gateway.
Sidelink Collision Indicator UE Procedures
A user device, UE, for a wireless communication system, is described. The UE is to transmit and/or receive over a sidelink, SL, in the wireless communication system. The UE is to receive one or more collision indications, Cis, the collision indication indicating one or more collisions on one or more resources used or to be used by the UE for one or more transmissions to or for one or more receptions from at least one further UE over the SL. Responsive to the collision indication and dependent on one or more criteria, the UE is to perform one or more certain actions for the one or more transmissions.

The method additionally comprises signaling the determined resource to the at least one user equipment. With the claimed inventions, utilization efficiency of the radio resources may be improved and the complexity and overhead in allocating the resource for ProSe D2D discovery procedure may be lowered.
