Method and mesh node for enabling communication in a wireless mesh network
A method and a mesh node (200) for enabling communication of packets in a wireless mesh network with multiple mesh nodes. When receiving (2:2) an original advertisement message with a Bloom filter initiated by an original gateway (204), it is detected that a predetermined maximum fill rate is reached in the received Bloom filter. The mesh node (200) starts to act as an intermediate gateway and creates a new advertisement message (2:3) comprising a new initiated Bloom filter with a reduced fill rate. The new advertisement message is then transmitted (2:4) with the new Bloom filter while indicating that the new advertisement message originates from said original gateway (204).
Mechanisms for service recovery in neighbor awareness network (NAN)
Some aspects of this disclosure relate to apparatuses and methods for implementing wireless devices. A service is provided by a first application operating on a publisher device to a second application operating on a subscriber device over a first data path between the two devices in a NAN network. The publisher device includes a first recovery manager to receive an indication from a wireless controller of the publisher device or a distress message from a second recovery manager of the subscriber device. The received indication or distress message indicates that the first data path has been interrupted. The first recovery manager stores, in a memory, data generated by the first application. A second data path is established between the publisher device and the subscriber device. The first recovery manager sends the stored data to the second application that operates on a subscriber device.

DATA TRANSMISSION METHOD, COMMUNICATION PROCESSING METHOD, DEVICE, AND COMMUNICATION PROCESSING PROGRAM
A data transmission method includes each of a plurality of devices determining an IP address of each device based on a hash value calculated from a public key of each device according to a hash function. Each of the devices holds state information reflecting a connection relationship between the devices and transmits a notification message indicating content of the state information to another device. Each of the devices updates the state information held by each device based on the notification message received from the another device. In a group of devices logically defined based on the state information held by each device, a routing table is determined and held between the devices included in the group and is used to search for a device to be a destination of data transmission.

Managing control plane latency for integrated access and backhaul
Systems and methods of reducing control plane latency in a 5G IAB network are described. SRs transmitted between nodes indicate that a control plane PDU is to be transmitted. The SRs use periodic resources or OCCs reserved for control plane signaling and are initiated by an RRC message or RACH from the UE. The SRs are initiated if the LCD field in the MAC sub header of the RRC message indicates the CCCH or the DCCH logical channel. If the PDU is available after the original resource, a resource is used that is provided via another grant, which is periodically provided or automatically initiated due to failure to transmit on the original grant. The SR or RRC message can also specify a delayed timeslot for the grant. For contention-based procedures the RACH preamble is randomly selected or selected from among a set of RACH preambles assigned for RRC procedures.

Methods for Multi-Lane Discovery with Partially Disjoint Paths
A method for multilane path discovery between a first node and a second node in a wireless mesh network, the method being performed by an intermediate node and comprising: receiving, by the intermediate node, a path request for establishing a path between the first and second nodes, wherein the path request comprises node count information related to the path between the first and second nodes; determining, by the intermediate node, that the received node count information is less than or equal to node count information, corresponding to a path between the first and second nodes, that is stored in a discovery table of the intermediate node; and updating, by the intermediate node, the stored node count information with the received node count information.
