Network connection method and device
A method for implementing network connection, applied to a base station, includes: receiving a connection resume request message sent by user equipment (UE); detecting, according to the connection resume request message, that at least one rejection cause of rejecting connection resumption is met; and sending a connection resume reject message to the UE, wherein the connection resume reject message carries a cause value indicating the at least one rejection cause.
ELECTRONIC DEVICE FOR VEHICLE AND OPERATING METHOD THEREOF
A vehicular electronic device and method thereof are disclosed herein. The electronic device includes memory, a network access device and a processor. The processor implements the method, including: monitoring, via at least one processor, whether a network access device of the electronic device enters a preset operation mode in which the network access device remains activated while a processor of the electronic device is in a sleep mode, based on detecting that the network access device enters the preset operation mode, identifying a network state of the network access device, based at least on the network state of the network access device, changing a search cycle of a network search as executed by the network access device, and executing the network search based on the changed search cycle.

Wi-Fi networks with multiple party control and management
Systems and methods of managing a plurality of Wi-Fi networks via a cloud service include communicating to a plurality of access points in the plurality of Wi-Fi networks, wherein the plurality of access points are deployed in a location that includes any of a multi-dwelling unit (MDU), office space, retail space, mixed-use space, and common areas; providing end user management access to a plurality of end users each associated with one of the plurality of Wi-Fi networks; providing property manager management access to a property manager associated with the location and with any additional locations; and providing service provider management access to a service provider associated with the location.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR CONTROLLING HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCE
A method of controlling a household appliance including receiving a device connection request signal through ultra wideband (UWB) communication from a user terminal, obtaining location information of the user terminal based on the received device connection request signal, establishing a UWB communication channel between the household appliance and the user terminal based on the obtained location information. The method includes receiving network access information to access a network from the user terminal through the established UWB communication channel, and establishing a network connection for the household appliance to access the network based on the received network access information.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR TEMPORARY SERVICE PROVISIONING
In some implementations, a first network device may receive an authorization request associated with a user device connecting to a network associated with first network device. The first network device may redirect the authorization request toward a second network device associated with a second service provider. The first network device may determine, based on a response to the authorization request, that the user device is subscribed to a service provided by the second service provider and that the user device is not authorized to connect to the network. The first network device may provide a temporary service to the user device to enable the user device to connect to the network for a limited period based on the user device being subscribed to the service provided by the second service provider and the user device not being authorized to connect to the network.
NETWORK DEVICE ACCESSING METHOD AND APPARATUS
This application discloses a network device accessing method and an apparatus, and relates to the wireless communication field, to control a number of reduced capability (reduced capability, REDCAP) terminals accessing a network device, and improve network transmission performance. The method includes: A terminal apparatus receives, from a network device, first information indicating whether a REDCAP terminal is allowed to access the network device, and determines, based on the first information, whether to access the network device. The REDCAP terminal includes a first-type REDCAP terminal and a second-type REDCAP terminal, the first-type REDCAP terminal and the second-type REDCAP terminal operate in a same frequency range, and a bandwidth of the second-type REDCAP terminal is less than that of the first-type REDCAP terminal and/or a number of receive antennas of the second-type REDCAP terminal is less than that of the first-type REDCAP terminal.

Configuration Method and Apparatus, and Terminal and Network Side Device
A configuration method includes: receiving, by a terminal, configuration information of a working area sent by a first network side device, where the working area is used for the terminal to perform a first operation; and performing, by the terminal, the first operation in the working area based on the configuration information.
METHODS AND APPARATUS FOR POSITIONING BASED ON MOTION OF MOBILE ANCHOR NODES
Positioning of a target user equipment (UE) using a mobile anchor node is supported by providing motion information for the mobile anchor node and/or measurement restrictions. The target UE receives motion information for the mobile anchor node, which may be an ordered list of points or, e.g., a motion path. The target UE may generate positioning measurements using the motion information for the mobile anchor node to determine the position of the mobile anchor node when it transmits positioning reference signals (PRS). The target UE may receive an indication of position measurement restriction if the mobile anchor node is moving. The target UE may receive PRS over a plurality of PRS occasions. The target UE may restrict measurement to only one PRS occasion, may generate and separately report measurements for each PRS occasions or may combine a plurality of measurements using filter coefficients provided by a location server.
