USER INFORMATION GENERATION METHOD AND DEVICE
20230224852 · 2023-07-13 ·

A user information generation method and apparatus is proposed. The method may include collecting, from at least one smart device counting apparatus, smart device count information generated using a signal transmitted by at least one smart device within a predetermined range. The method may also include generating user count information as a result of calculating a number of users within the range by applying an average number of smart devices possessed by each person to the smart device count information. The method may further include generating location estimation information about the smart device, based on the smart device count information, and generating movement trend detection information about users based on the location estimation information about the smart device, the user count information, and map information.

HANDLING OF MBS SESSION RELATED BACK-OFF TIMER
20230224979 · 2023-07-13 ·

A method for handling the joining and leaving an MBS session via a PDU session establishment or modification procedure is provided. Upon receipt of a back-off timer in the Received MBS Container IE (with the operation/decision “MBS join is rejected” or “Remove UE from the MBS session”), the UE shall associate the MBS back-off timer with the MBS session ID (e.g., TMGI). If the timer value is neither zero nor deactivated, the UE should not request to join the MBS session with the same MBS session ID before the timer expiry. If the timer value is deactivated, the UE should not request to join the MBS session with the same MBS session ID until the UE is switched off, the USIM is removed, an entry in the “list of subscriber data” for the current SNPN is updated, or an event/notification is triggered by the network.

Infrastructure equipment, communications devices and methods for compensating for frequency drift of an oscillator of a communications device

A communication device includes a receiver, a transmitter and a control circuit. The receiver is configured to receive, from an infrastructure equipment of a mobile communications network, downlink signals on a downlink via a wireless access interface of the mobile communications network. The transmitter is configured to transmit, to the infrastructure equipment, uplink signals on an uplink via the wireless access interface. The control circuit is configured to control the receiver to receive the downlink signals and control the transmitter to transmit the uplink signals. The control circuit is further configured to delay a reception period for the receiver to receive the downlink signals after a transmission period in which the transmitter transmits the uplink signals when a duration of the transmission period exceeds a predetermined threshold.

User terminal and radio communication method

The present invention is designed so that it is possible to communicate adequately depending on user terminal-specific capabilities, in a system where wide frequency bands are supported. A user terminal has a receiving section that receives band information, which indicates a prospective downlink (DL) band, which is a band where a DL signal might be allocated, and/or a prospective uplink (UL) band, which is a band where a UL signal might be allocated, and a control section that configures the DL band candidate and/or the UL band candidate in a user terminal-specific manner based on the band information.

A UE 200 acquires time information used in a system from a network. The UE 200 receives a message indicating that the time information is updated from the network, and acquires the time information according to the reception of the message.

Discovery channel for unlicensed frequency band

This disclosure provides systems, methods, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer-readable media, for advertising operating channels that are being operated in an unlicensed frequency band. One or more access points (APs) may transmit discovery information on a dedicated discovery channel for the unlicensed frequency band. The discovery information may indicate at least one operating channel that is being used by an AP for providing wireless access. The discovery information also may include other information useful for a station (STA) to discover APs, operating channels, and operating parameters. The STA may monitor the dedicated discovery channel to obtain the discovery information without conducting an active scanning or passive scanning procedure.
