USER TERMINAL AND RADIO COMMUNICATION METHOD
The present invention is designed so that broadcast information is transmitted and received adequately even when the bandwidth to use is limited to partial reduced bandwidths in a system bandwidth and the broadcast information is transmitted and received in repetitions over multiple subframes. A user terminal, in which the bandwidth to use is limited to a partial reduced bandwidth in a system bandwidth, has a receiving section that receives first system information and second system information, and a control section that acquires transmission information, which includes the repetition factor for the second system information, from the first system information, and the receiving section receives the second system information based on the transmission information.
EXTENDING PHYSICAL DOWNLINK CONTROL CHANNELS
Disclosed is a method for monitoring downlink control information in a communication system, including receiving information for an orthogonal frequency division multiplex (OFDM) symbol and information for frequency resources through higher layer signaling, and monitoring the downlink control information on a control region defined based on the information for the OFDM symbol and the information for the frequency resources, wherein the control region includes a user equipment (UE)-dedicated search space and a UE-common search space.

Preamble Sequence Transmission Method, Apparatus, and System
Embodiments of the present invention provide a preamble sequence transmission method, apparatus, and system. The method includes: acquiring system information or a physical broadcast channel (PBCH) that is broadcast by a base station, wherein the system information or the PBCH comprises a preset physical random access channel (PRACH) that comprises m preset radio frames and a number of repetition times of a preamble sequence n, which is used for random access, m being a positive integer and wherein 1≦n≦10 m; and sending the preamble sequence to the base station, the preamble sequence being sent at n preset resource locations of the preset PRACH, where the preamble sequence is the format of 1 ms, or the format of 2 ms, or the format of 3 ms.
ESTABLISHMENT OF CONNECTION TO THE INTERNET IN CELLULAR NETWORK
Some demonstrative embodiments include devices, systems and/or methods to establish a connection to the Internet via a local gateway (L-GW) function for a LIPA or a SIPTO@LN. The establishment of the connection to the Internet may be performed, for example, by at least one of an E-RAB SETUP procedure, an INITIAL CONTEXT SETUP procedure, an INITIAL UE MESSAGE procedure or an UPLINK NAS TRANSPORT procedure.
SERVICE BASED CELL RE-SELECTION
A first network node of a first frequency layer, acquires (201) information on services that are offered by a second network node at a second, different frequency layer. The second network node is within the coverage area of the first network node. The first network node broadcasts (202) a service advertisement message to at least one terminal device (UE) for advertising the services offered by the second network node at the second frequency layer.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR COVERAGE ENHANCEMENTS OF BROADCAST CHANNELS
A base station transmits and a UE detects broadcast information when the UE operates in a Coverage Enhancement (CE) mode. The base station transmits repetitions of signaling conveying broadcast information in one or more subframes of each frame in a quadruple of frames. The transmission is intermittent in time. To detect the broadcast information, the UE blindly combines and decodes the repetitions of signaling assuming their existence. The base station informs the pattern for the intermittent transmissions of the signaling to UEs connected to the base station or to other base stations.
