METHOD AND DEVICE IN NODES USED FOR WIRELESS COMMUNICATION
The present disclosure provides a method and a device in a node used for wireless communications. A first node receives a first signaling; and transmits a first signal. The first signaling indicates scheduling information for the first signal; a linear value of transmit power for the first signal is equal to a product of a linear value of a second power and a first coefficient; the first signaling is used to determine a first reference signal resource and a first matrix; the first reference signal resource belongs to a first reference signal resource set of S reference signal resource sets; S matrix sets respectively correspond to the S reference signal resource sets. The above method optimizes the transmit power on each panel in the multi-panel-based uplink transmission.

Cell Timing in a Wireless Device and Base Station
Methods, apparatuses, and systems are described for wireless communications. A transmission timing difference between a first cell group and a second cell group may be determined. If the transmission timing difference exceeds a threshold, one or more devices may stop transmitting uplink signals via one or more secondary cells and/or may not apply the timing adjustment for a cell group.

Signal Transmission Power Adjustment in a Wireless Device
Wireless communications are described. A wireless device may be configured to transmit a first signal via a first cell group that may overlap in time with a second signal via a second cell group. The wireless device may adjust a signal transmission power of at least one of the first signal or the second signal. Additionally or alternatively, the wireless device may drop at least one of the first signal or the second signal. Adjusting and/or dropping at least one of the first signal or the second signal may be based on the overlap in time of these signals satisfying a duration threshold and a total power to transmit the first signal and the second signal exceeding a power threshold.
METHOD AND DEVICE IN NODE FOR WIRELESS COMMUNICATION
The disclosure provides a method and a device in a node for wireless communication. A first node first receives a first bit field and Q second-type bit field(s), and then transmits L radio signal(s) at a first power value; the first bit field is used for determining a first reference signal resource set; each of the Q second-type bit field(s) indicates one power offset; the first power value is only related to power offsets indicated by all second-type bit fields among the Q second-type bit field(s) that correspond to a first index, and the first index is one of K1 indexes associated to the first reference signal resource set; and the first index is related to the L reference signal resource set(s). Multiple times of repetition based uplink transmissions employ a uniform power control mechanism under multiple beams, which reduces hardware requirements at terminal side and improves transmission performance.

Transmit Control in Multicarrier Communications
Methods, apparatuses, and systems are described for wireless communications. Cells may be grouped into a plurality of cell groups. A wireless device may transmit or drop one or more of a plurality of signals.
