USER TERMINAL, RADIO COMMUNICATION SYSTEM AND RADIO COMMUNICATION METHOD
The present invention is directed to dual connectivity, in which a control for synchronous dual connectivity and a control for asynchronous dual connectivity are appropriately applied. In a user terminal which communicates with a plurality of cell groups, respectively including one or more cells which utilize different frequencies, based on an indicator that indicates when an event occurs in the higher layer, if the indicator changes in a state where either of the control for synchronous dual connectivity and the control for asynchronous dual connectivity is being operated, the user terminal either performs a control that does not allow the switching to another dual connectivity control, or performs a control that switches to another dual connectivity control only a predetermined number of times.

METHOD FOR CONTROLLING TRANSMISSION POWER IN UNLICENSED BAND AND DEVICE USING SAME
Provided are a method and a device for controlling transmission power in a wireless communication system. The device conducts an adjustment such that the transmission power of an UL (uplink) signal, with respect to a serving cell in an unlicensed band, does not exceed the maximum PSD (power spectral density) of the unlicensed band.

POWER ALLOCATION METHOD AND COMMUNICATIONS DEVICE
Embodiments of the present invention provide a power allocation method and a communications device. The power allocation method includes: determining, by a first communications device, a first power control parameter group, where the first power control parameter group includes information used to indicate a transmit power of the first communications device in a first-type subframe, and sending, by the first communications device, a signal only on a downlink frequency resource in the first-type subframe; and determining, by the first communications device, a second power control parameter group, where the second power control parameter group includes information used to indicate a transmit power of the first communications device in a second-type subframe, and sending, by the first communications device, signals on both a downlink frequency resource and an uplink frequency resource in the second-type subframe.
Base station, user terminal, and processor
A base station, which accommodates a user terminal that transmits a discovery-use signal used for discovering a communication partner terminal in D2D communication that is direct device-to-device radio communication in a mobile communication system that supports the D2D communication, comprises a control unit that controls transmission of power control information for designating transmission power of the discovery-use signal to the user terminal.

POWER ADAPTIVE MULTI-SUBBAND CLEAR CHANNEL ASSESSMENT
A configuration to configure an apparatus to perform a clear channel assessment based on one or more transmission power levels. The apparatus measures at least one energy sensing measurement over an operating channel. The apparatus determines whether the operating channel is available for transmission based on a threshold determination for one or more transmission power levels. The apparatus transmitting on the operating channel upon the determination that the operating channel is available for transmission for the one or more transmission power levels, wherein the one or more transmission power levels are less than the threshold determination.
