INDICATING UPLINK POWER CONTROL PARAMETERS
Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may determine, for a sounding reference signal (SRS) transmission, one or more uplink power control parameters based at least in part on whether the one or more uplink power control parameters are associated with a transmission configuration indicator (TCI) state that is associated with at least one of an uplink control channel or an uplink shared channel. The UE may transmit the SRS transmission based at least in part on the one or more uplink power control parameters. Numerous other aspects are described.
Uplink power control parameter configuration method, terminal and network device
An uplink power control parameter configuration method, a terminal, and a network device are provided. The method includes: receiving a power control parameter set sent by a network device; determining a target parameter configuration index or a target parameter value for a first power control parameter item from the parameter set of the power control parameter item of the power control parameter set; and determining a target transmit power of an uplink channel or an uplink reference signal according to the target parameter configuration index or the target parameter value.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PERFORMING POWER HEADROOM REPORTING IN WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM
Provided is a method performed by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system, including: receiving, from a base station, configuration information regarding a plurality of search spaces for a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) repetition; monitoring a plurality of PDCCHs on at least one cell based on the configuration information; identifying a time at which a repetition of PDCCHs including a first downlink control information (DCI) format, from among the plurality of PDCCHs, ends; determining at least one power headroom report (PHR) for the plurality of PDCCHs, based on an actual transmission or a reference format configured from higher layer signaling according to the identified time; and transmitting the determined at least one PHR on a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) scheduled by the first DCI format.

Base station and user terminal
A base station of the present invention includes a transmitting section that transmits a plurality of pieces of downlink control information each including a first field value to be used for control of a transmission power of an uplink control channel and a second field value to be used to determine a resource for the uplink control channel; and a control section that controls, in a case that second field values each corresponding to the second field value are configured to be a same value, configuration of first field values each corresponding to the first field value. With this, it is possible to appropriately control a transmission power of an uplink control channel.

METHOD FOR REPORTING POWER HEADROOM REPORT AND TERMINAL
A method for reporting a power headroom report includes: in a case that a trigger condition for reporting a power headroom report is satisfied, reporting a power headroom report. The power headroom report includes power headroom report information of at least one power control object, and a power control object is an antenna panel or a beam.
Transmit power indication method, transmit power receiving method, network device and access device
A transmit power indication method, a transmit power receiving method, a network device and an access device are provided. The transmit power indication method is applied to a network device, and includes transmitting indication information on a first link of the network device, wherein the indication information is used to indicate current transmit power of the first link of the network device, or to indicate a transmit power offset of the first link, wherein the transmit power offset is a difference between the current transmit power of the first link and transmit power of the network device before the network device transmits the indication information.

Temporal power control system and method
Systems and methods are described for reducing processing time of messages that are repeatedly received, with increasing frequency, by a device (e.g., user equipment, base station etc.). For example, the systems and methods would have a base station decrease power, possibly to minimum power-out, per policy, if messages beyond the original are received and the time between those messages is decreasing. The decrease in time between messages indicates a more urgent need for the base station to power down. The systems and methods can be adapted for different types of messages (e.g., power-up, power-down, resource request, bandwidth request, service type, call type origination, quality-of-service request, application type, etc.). Each message type is associated with a policy (pre-determined or adaptive) that indicates the default behavior when the method detects a decrease in time between messages.
