A user equipment that is provided in a wireless communication system including a base station and the user equipment includes an acquisition unit that acquires information indicating a resource position where a downlink data channel is mapped or a resource position where an uplink data channel is mapped in a radio frame and a timing when an HARQ response to downlink data is transmitted from the user equipment or a timing when an HARQ response to uplink data is received from the base station and a communication unit that transmits an HARQ response to downlink data received by the downlink data channel at a timing when the HARQ response to the downlink data is transmitted and receives an HARQ response to data transmitted by the uplink data channel or retransmission data scheduling information at a timing when the HARQ response to the uplink data is received.

In one aspect, the scheduled entity receives a plurality of neighbor cell measurement relaxation mechanisms from a scheduling entity. The scheduled entity determines one or more channel condition parameters and selects one or more of the pluralities of neighbor cell measurement relaxation mechanisms, based on the determined one or more channel condition parameters. The scheduled entity executes measurement of one or more neighbor cells using the selected one or more neighbor cell measurement relaxation mechanisms.

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a communication method and apparatus applied to a user equipment, where the method includes: monitoring a paging indication physical downlink control channel PDCCH; acquiring paging indication information if the paging indication PDCCH is detected; and determining, according to the paging indication information, whether there is a need to monitor a paging PDCCH. The method is used to reduce the number of times a user equipment monitors a paging PDCCH or receives a paging message, thereby saving power of the user equipment.

Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. An example method for wireless communication at a first user equipment (UE) may include receiving at least a first sidelink transmission from a second UE, wherein at least a second sidelink transmission from a third UE is scheduled contemporaneously with at least the first sidelink transmission from the second UE. The method may also include transmitting an indication in a transmission occasion to at least one of the second UE or the third UE based at least in part on a prioritization of information for the transmission occasion, wherein the indication indicates that at least the first sidelink transmission from the second UE is scheduled contemporaneously with at least the second sidelink transmission from at least the third UE.

Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A receiving device (such as user equipment (UE)) may receive a downlink grant including an indication to report channel state information. The receiving device may identify, based on the downlink grant, a number of channel state information processing units associated with reporting the channel state information, and may determine that an available number of channel state information processing units is less than the number of channel state information processing units. In some cases, the receiving device may allocate, based on the determining, a set of channel state information processing units including the available number of channel state information processing units and one or more additional channel state information processing units. The receiving device may then transmit the channel state information report based on the set of channel state information processing units.
RESOURCE ALLOCATION METHOD AND TERMINAL
The present disclosure relates to a resource allocation method and a terminal. The resource allocation method includes: transmitting, by a first terminal, first information to a second terminal. The first information instructs the second terminal to allocate a sidelink transmission resource to the first terminal. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the sidelink transmission resource is allocated by the terminal to reduce interference in sidelink transmissions of individual terminals. In addition, compared with applying for a transmission resource from a network, the method can reduce delay, shorten allocation time, and improve allocation efficiency.
