A method and communication device for reporting HARQ-ACK code books of fixed sizes in a communication network is provided. The method includes responsive to operating in a first mode, reporting the HARQ-ACK codebook for each scheduled transmission to a network node. The method further includes responsive to operating in a second mode, reporting the HARQ-ACK codebook to the network node if at least one of the HARQ-ACK information in the codebook is ACK, wherein no NACK is transmitted in the codebook when operating in the second mode. The method further includes responsive to operating in a third mode, reporting the HARQ-ACK codebook to the network node if at least one of the HARQ-ACK information in the codebook is NACK, wherein no ACK is transmitted in the codebook when operating in the second mode.

An example method comprises receiving, by a device comprising a processor, a first data signal from a first TP device of a wireless communication network, wherein the first data signal comprises first code-word information generated based on a data. The method further comprises receiving, by the device, a second data signal from a second TP device of the wireless communication network, wherein the second data signal comprises second code-word generated based on the data, wherein the first code-word information and the second-code word information are different, and wherein the first TP device and the second TP device are geographically separated by a threshold distance. The device can further process the first data signal and the second data signal to generate a unified data signal representative of the data.

Disclosed is a positioning device, a position measurement server, and a position measurement system capable of estimating a relatively accurate position on the basis of a signal transmitted from a terminal in a mobile communication system. Particularly, the positioning device acquires channel configuration information of an uplink signal of a target terminal, receives the uplink signal of the target terminal through one or more uplink signal reception units on the basis of the channel configuration information, measures information on the received uplink signal, and transmits the information on the uplink signal of the target terminal to the position measurement server, and the position measurement server receives the information on the uplink signal of the target terminal from the positioning device and calculates a position of the target terminal on the basis of the information on the uplink signal of the target terminal.

HARQ Feedback Collision in Unlicensed Bands
A wireless device receives a radio resource control (RRC) message that includes configuration parameters for scheduling a plurality of physical uplink shared channels (PUSCHs) via a downlink control information (DCI). In an embodiment, the configuration parameters may include an indication enabling a dynamic determination of a PUSCH of the plurality of PUSCHs for multiplexing an uplink control information (UCI). In an additional embodiment, the UCI may overlap with a first PUSCH of the plurality of PUSCHs. The wireless device may transmit the UCI via a second PUSCH of the plurality of PUSCHs in response to a failed listen-before-talk (LBT) procedure for the first PUSCH.
