Provided is an information transmission method and apparatus. The method applied to a first base station includes: acquiring related information of a terminal, where the related information is uplink information or downlink information, and includes traffic data and/or control information; sending the related information to the second base station through a common transmission channel between base stations. When the related information is uplink information, the first base station is a current serving base station of the terminal, the second base station is a previous serving base station of the terminal, and the uplink information is supplied to the second base station to be decoded. When the related information is downlink information, the second base station is the current serving base station, the first base station is the previous serving base station, and the downlink information is sent to the terminal to be decoded. Further provided is a computer storage medium.

Techniques and apparatuses for hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) feedback for carrier aggregation in new radio

Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may determine a first hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) payload for a first component carrier (CC) set based at least in part on a first downlink assignment index (DAI). The UE may determine a second HARQ-ACK payload for a second CC set based at least in part on a second DAI. The UE may transmit the first HARQ-ACK payload for the first CC set and the second HARQ-ACK payload for the second CC set. Numerous other aspects are provided.

Traffic-rate based branch deactivation for UE power efficiency in a dual-connectivity mode

A user equipment (UE) device may reside in a state of dual connectivity with a master cell group (MCG) and a secondary cell group (SCG), wherein the radio access technologies of the MCG and the SCG are different. While in the dual connectivity state, the UE device may transition to a mode of reduced activity (e.g., processing and/or RF activity) relative to the secondary cell group (SCG) in order to save power, e.g., when traffic flow via the SCG is below a threshold, or when scheduling activity on the SCG is low. Various mechanisms may be employed to reduce activity, e.g., mechanisms such as reduction of beam monitoring, deactivation of secondary cells of the SCG, reduction of number of active antenna elements, employment of longer periods for periodic measurement and reporting processes, etc.

TWT COORDINATION FOR MULTI-AP OPERATION

Methods and apparatuses for performing multi-access point (MAP) coordination. A method for an AP includes transmitting to a first STA during a TXOP in a first TWT SP based on parameters of a first TWT operation, and receiving, from the first STA, an interference notification message about interference caused by a second AP in the MAP coordinating set of APs. The method further includes transmitting, to the second AP, a MAP coordination announcement that includes an indication that the first AP has obtained the TXOP and the parameters of the first TWT operation. The method further includes receiving, from the second AP, a MAP coordination response that indicates capabilities of the second AP and determining, based on the MAP coordination response, whether to perform MAP coordination with the second AP during the TXOP or to modify the parameters of the first TWT operation based on the interference notification message.

Early data transmission

A first base station receives, from a second base station, a first message comprising a context of a wireless device. The first base station sends a radio resource control (RRC) message to the wireless device. The first base station determines that reception of the RRC message by the wireless device has failed. The first base station sends, to the second base station and based on the determining, a second message indicating that a connection setup with the wireless device has failed.

THRESHOLD-BASED REPORTING FOR EFFICIENT ADMISSION CONTROL SUPPORT FOR WIRELESS NETWORKS

According to an example embodiment, a method may include transmitting, to at least one integrated access backhaul (IAB) (e.g., relay) node within a wireless network, link capacity threshold information, wherein the at least one IAB node is requested to perform threshold-based reporting of updated link capacity based on the link capacity threshold information; and receiving, from a first IAB node of the at least one IAB node, an updated link capacity report that was triggered (e.g., caused to be generated and/or transmitted) at the IAB node based on a change of available link capacity of the IAB node with respect to the capacity threshold information, the updated link capacity report indicating updated available link capacity of at least one a child backhaul link or at least one access link of the first IAB node.

User equipment and radio communication system

User equipment includes an antenna, a controller, a transmitter, and a receiver. The transmitter sends a first radio frequency signal for communication with a primary cell to the antenna according to a first timing advance set by the controller, and sends a second radio frequency signal for communication with a secondary cell to the antenna according to a second timing advance set by the controller. The receiver sends received data to the controller including information regarding at least one of the first timing advance and the second timing advance. The first timing advance indicating a first uplink transmission timing alignment value and the second timing advance indicating a second uplink transmission timing alignment value.
