WIRELESS DEVICE, NETWORK NODE, AND METHODS PERFORMED THEREBY, FOR HANDLING TRANSMISSION OF DATA

A method performed by a wireless device. The wireless device sends an indication to a network node including a value corresponding to a size of a buffer of detected or expected to be had during inactive state at a time of one or more transmissions. The sending is performed with the proviso that the size of the buffer is smaller than a threshold. The wireless device receives a grant from the network node based on the indication, and then sends data to the network node during inactive state, according to the grant received. The sending of the data is performed with the proviso that the size of the buffer is smaller than the threshold. The sending of the indication is performed prior to the sending of one or more data packets comprising at least a part of the first data.

A method performed by a target network node includes receiving, from a source network node, a handover request associated with a wireless device. The target network node transmits, via a core network node, a handover reject message to the source network node. The handover reject message comprises a cause value for rejecting the handover request.

Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some wireless communications systems, a user equipment (UE) may support simultaneous transmissions of data on an uplink shared channel that is associated with a first cell, and control information such as uplink control information on an uplink control channel associated with a second cell. The UE may receive scheduling information that indicates a time domain overlap of scheduled transmissions associated with the uplink control channel and the uplink shared channel, and a multiplexing configuration for the UE which indicates whether the UE is to multiplex the uplink control information on the uplink control channel or whether the UE is to multiplex the uplink control information on the uplink shared channel.

USER EQUIPMENT (UE)-BASED SIDELINK-AWARE RADIO FREQUENCY FINGERPRINTING (RFFP) POSITIONING

Disclosed are techniques for wireless positioning. In an aspect, a first user equipment (UE) obtains one or more first radio frequency fingerprint (RFFP) measurements of one or more first downlink channels received at the first UE, one or more first sidelink channels received at the first UE, or both, and determines one or more locations of a target UE based on the one or more first RFFP measurements and a machine learning module, wherein the machine learning module is trained based on previously collected RFFP measurements of one or more downlink channels, RFFP measurements of one or more uplink channels, RFFP measurements of one or more sidelink channels, locations of one or more sidelink anchor UEs, locations of one or more base stations, or any combination thereof.

OPERATIONS FOR OVERLAPPING DOWNLINK COMMUNICATIONS WITH DIFFERENT RESOURCE ALLOCATIONS

Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A wireless communications device, such as a user equipment (UE) may transmit a capability message indicating a capability of the UE to receive one or more downlink messages during a time slot, and may receive one or more control signalings which schedule a first and a second downlink message during the time slot, indicate a first resource allocation scheduled by a first scheduling configuration, and indicate a second resource allocation scheduled by a second scheduling configuration. The UE may monitor for one or both of the first downlink message or the second downlink message during the time slot based on the one or more control signalings and the capability message. The capability message may indicate a capability of the UE to receive a single downlink message or receive more than one downlink message during the time slot.
