Configuring unicast and broadcast communications for different radio access technologies
The disclosure relates to methods, devices, and systems for wireless communications. A wireless communications system may support unicast and broadcast communications for different radio access technologies (RATs). To support the coexistence of different RATs, a user equipment (UE) may report, to a base station, a UE capability message containing a band combination including one or more bands for a first RAT (for example, New Radio (NR)) and one or more bands for a second RAT (for example, Long Term Evolution (LTE)) and an indication of a baseband budget for the second RAT for the band combination. In some implementations, the UE may transmit a broadcast interest indicator to the base station requesting a broadcast service. The base station may configure the UE with a carrier aggregation (CA) configuration based on the UE capabilities, such as the band combination and corresponding baseband budget for the second RAT, and the interest indicator.
Selective retransmission for vehicle-to-everything communications
Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive a warning message comprising a first indication of a priority of the warning message and a second indication that identifies an event. The UE may transmit a repetition of the warning message based at least in part on the first indication. Numerous other aspects are described.

Resource Configuration Method, Communication Method, and Apparatus
A resource configuration method for a short-range communications field includes obtaining at least one resource parameter; determining a first time-frequency resource based on the at least one resource parameter; and sending at least one piece of resource configuration information to at least one second terminal device. The at least one piece of resource configuration information is used to configure at least one second time-frequency resource used for the at least one second terminal device, and the at least one second time-frequency resource belongs to the first time-frequency resource.
FIRST AND SECOND APPARATUS OF A RADIO COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK, METHODS TO OPERATE THE FIRST AND SECOND APPARATUS
There is described a method to operate an apparatus of a radio communications network. The method comprises: receiving information characterizing at least one of a plurality of uplink handling rules; determining a plurality of uplink control information, wherein the determined uplink control information is associated with at least one uplink radio resource; selecting one of the plurality of uplink handling rules; mapping the plurality of determined uplink control information into an uplink control signal based on the selected uplink handling rule; and transmitting the uplink control signal via the at least one associated radio resource.

RESOURCE SELECTION METHOD AND APPARATUS, AND USER EQUIPMENT
The embodiments of this disclosure provide a resource selection method and apparatus, and user equipment. The method includes: determining, in a case that a predetermined condition is met, a candidate resource set according to resource information of first resources in a resource selection window; and selecting a target resource from the candidate resource set, where the predetermined condition includes at least one of the following: the UE detects a reserved resource of UE of a first type, or the UE is UE of a first type; and the resource information includes at least one of the following: priority information, a measurement result, a measurement threshold, or a UE type of UE to which the first resource belongs.
