Methods, apparatus, and systems for providing deterministic network experience to application-level services are disclosed. In one example aspect, a method includes providing a set of interfaces to an application-level service deployed in part on a user device. The set of interfaces is configured to provide a notification to the application-level service regarding a real-time change in network conditions relevant to the application-level service. The method also includes receiving a registration request from the application-level service to register for the notification, estimating the network conditions based on physical layer information, and notifying the registered application-level service of the change in the network conditions based on the estimated network conditions.

MESSAGING SYSTEM BASED ON NETWORK-PROVIDED LOCATION DATA OF MOBILE COMPUTING DEVICES
20230162233 · 2023-05-25 ·

An apparatus that receives service provider location data of one or more service provider mobile devices comprising first global positioning system (GPS) data from the one or more service provider mobile devices, and retrieves, from a wireless carrier system, consumer location data based at least in part on second GPS data associated with a plurality of consumer mobile devices, wherein the one or more geographic regions are associated with the plurality of consumer mobile devices that are located at a same given location or within a threshold distance of the same given location. The apparatus further transmits push notifications alerting at least a subset of the plurality of consumer mobile devices based on at least in part on the determination that the service provider location data is within the one or more geographic regions.

System and method for call management

A system and method are provided in accordance with the various aspects of the invention that enhance the information regarding a caller and a call location. Such calls are typically sent to a dispatcher that handles urgent or emergency calls. The information provided can be in the form of a message that is includes specifics about the call initiator and the nature of and/or reason for the call; a message that is converted to verbal form from text-to-speech; and/or the message may include location information, especially as it relates to representing a wireless device as a landline location based on nearby communication options, such as Wi-Fi or Bluetooth beacons.

Premises management networking

Methods and systems for managing a premises are disclosed. The premises may comprise a premises system and a gateway in communication with the premises. The gateway may send, to a remote device, premise data received from the premises system.

Smart remote agent on an access CPE with an agile OpenWrt software architecture

Systems and methods of a smart and efficient agent integrated with an agile software architecture to collect and present telemetry data from a field deployed device. The collected telemetry data from the field deployed device is streamed to the service provider's streaming and analytics platform, where it is analyzed and presented to a hierarchical color-coded dashboard that is available to both the customer associated with the field deployed device, and the service provider's care agent associated with the field deployed device.
