Data transmission apparatus and data reception apparatus
According to the first aspect of the present invention, a data transmission apparatus includes a transmission control unit which generates a packet for one-way communication including first difference sensor data, and a transmission unit which transmits the generated packet. The first difference sensor data is a difference between first sensor data measured by a sensor and a reference value associated with the first sensor data.

APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR INTEGRATING SHORT-RANGE WIRELESS PERSONAL AREA NETWORKS FOR A WIRELESS LOCAL AREA NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE
A network system comprises a first logic block providing a link to a first network via an access point of a WLAN and a second logic block communicating with a node of a second network (such as a WPAN) and configured to provide a link between the node and the first network via the access point. The network system is configured to maintain continuous connections to both the access point and the node while receiving power. The second logic block can communicate with the node using a modified communication protocol that is only partially compliant with an 802.11x communications protocol. A wireless hub can integrate a WPAN with a WLAN including, in part, a wireless circuit compliant with the WLAN standard (such as an 802.11x standard), a processor, and a memory. The wireless circuit can connect to the WPAN without losing connectivity (such as association and synchronization) to the WLAN.

Systems and methods for steering wireless network traffic within a vehicle
System and methods are described herein for automatically associating one or more passenger mobile devices with one or more specific wireless access points depending on each passenger location within the aircraft or other vehicle, and the status of each of the wireless access points including its functionality and load. In preferred embodiments, a tag can be captured or read by the passenger's device, which can then cause the passenger's device to connect with a specific wireless access point. In some embodiments, the passenger's device can also be automatically directed to a landing page, such as using a web browser of the passenger's device.

Method and Apparatus for Monitoring and Predicting Channel Availability and Preemptively Reconfiguring the Network in a Spectrum Controlled Network
A method and apparatus for predicting channel availability in a spectrum-controlled network such as a Citizen's Band Radio Service (CBRS) network. The Base Stations/Access Points (BS/APs) and Domain Proxy monitor operating channels at an enterprise location and provide time series data. The data is analyzed, and patterns are identified in the collected channel availability data using Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques. Channel availability is predicted using AI techniques, including one or more target channels and termination times. The network channels are reorganized to define a network reconfiguration that avoids the target channel, and pre-emptively reallocated. The enterprise network provides feedback regarding prediction accuracy, which is utilized in a machine learning process to modify the models and provide greater prediction accuracy. In some embodiments a plurality of enterprise networks provide channel availability and geographical data to a centralized provider network, where it is utilized to make predictions.
Accessing a local data network via a mobile data connection
Apparatuses, methods, and systems are disclosed for accessing a local data network via a mobile data connection. One apparatus (500) includes a processor (505) and a transceiver (525) that communicates with a mobile communication network. The processor (505) receives (605) a downlink data packet from a first data connection (303) over the mobile communication network, the first data connection (303) providing the apparatus (500) with access to a remote data network (125). The processor (505) determines (610), from the downlink data packet, whether the first data connection (303) provides access to a local data network (135) in addition to the remote data network (125). In response to the first data connection (303) providing access to the local data network (135), the processor (505) accesses (615) one or more services via the local data network (135).
